The service was amazing but despite being in Georgia and it still being hot they have the heat blasting. I walked in and felt like I was about to melt. Please keep the AC on until it’s actually cold here which is usually around December and January.

As pricey as these drinks are, you should let the customer know if you are out of ingredients for that drink order. When I order a drink and you don’t have the topping that goes with it, I would like to know before I get to the window and pay for something that isn’t what I’m expecting. Some of us look forward to these little things and it’s partly why we order that particular drink. If you run out, cool! But I would like to know before I pay.

Worst location in Augusta. They only clean and wipe down tables once they close, its filthy compared to the one on Cabela Drive. I’m always misinformed about refill policy and drink customization options. If you’re the manager reading this make sure your staff is well informed about the latest corporate guidelines. Make sure they’re comfortable with reaching out for help during uncertainty rather than assuming and stating false limitations. I don’t fault them I fault you.

They are still new but friendly and the food is hot and rather quick! The barista wasnt sure when I asked for extra cream but it came out good. In an out in 5 mins even though it is lunch time.

Pretty much the same as most Starbucks. The people are friendly, drinks are pretty consistent. It is on the larger side-inside for seating with a nice outdoor area (though it is right next to a busy road).
