It’s 3:10pm on a Wednesday January 14th 2026. They young man and woman were so amazing and kind. Took a little change out of the tip jar to help me get a frappe and also walking out I spilt it and the young kind lady replaced it when I come In to get a cup to save what was left in it. I’ve been to this location several times, and each time they’ve gotten my order correct and the service was speedy. Staff are always friendly and this is one of the cleanest Starbucks kiosks I’ve visited.

I don’t know what happened to this Starbucks as it used to be my go to for a quick coffee/tea but 2 times in one week my order was wrong. The first time I asked for no “fruit” in the refreshers and then I had my husband go the next day for a “iced green tea lemonade” and they give him an iced matcha tea lemonade. Green tea and matcha green tea are VERY different in color and consistency, if there’s any confusion they need to ask for clarification. I guess that’s my fault for not going myself because even he thought it was a weird color drink when he got it….I hate complaining but when it’s two times in a row and money thrown away, it’s frustrating. Hopefully they can pay more attention and get the drinks right in the future.

Every other starbucks location I go to will let you customize drinks consistently. This one depends on the staff on shift. Some will just let you customize. Some will say you can & then make it to the standard recipe anyway, even if they charged for the customization already. Some will stand there and argue with you. Definitely won’t be going back to this one. It’s Kroger or Corporate owned stores for me from now on.

The baristas here are amazing. They know me well enough that they recommend new drinks or their own secret menu drinks they know I’ll like. They haven’t been wrong yet. They’re friendly, they recall details from your previous visits along with your favorite drinks, they’re outgoing, and even after a long day, they always meet you with a smile. Love these guys!

Great drink but rude staff members. I had been waiting 20 mins for my mocha frappe, and others just came in and had theirs done before 5 minutes. When I went to ask about my drink, a girl named Julianna was extremely rude and said that mine takes ‘forever’ to make, and that I needed to wait like the rest of the customers. Some staff members are friendly, but others are really rude.

I ordered a venti cold brew coffee without ice and received a cup half empty. Either they didn’t have enough cold brew or they are penny pinching and not giving you an actual venti coffee. Just because I ordered without ice. Not happy at all. At least they didn’t dilute it and fill up the rest with water. I’ve been buying Starbucks coffee for 10 years and this is the first time I’ve had to leave a negative review. I want people to be aware of this if they order without ice. Not impressed.
