I see why people say if they could give a review with zero stars they would. Ive tried to like this location but this is THE worst Starbucks hands down. From the drink’s missing ingredients/being wrong, to dealing with attitudes from managers (Kie), and wait times? It’s all ridiculous. For this monroe location my advice to you is to clean house baristas and managers, if you want this location to last. I love me a delicious coffee but when I’m in Monroe for work ( i work at the hospital) I have no choice but to go to Dunkin’. There’s always an annoying issue when i go which has made me like Dunkin’ even more than i would. Waiting for them to reopen. Give’ em the pickle – Bob Farrell

Modern Starbucks with plenty of space. Visited here on Thursday with my daughter. This is a New Starbucks in Walton County. Barista “Bekah” was AMAZING!!!!! I frequent Starbucks (almost daily) in Loganville which is a complete 180 from this store. This store is very open, pretty artwork, calm, music playing, baristas getting along, people working and having meetings and catching up. Extremely Comfortable seating. I loved the openness! I didn’t get anxious at all! Love that you can scan your app and they already know your name. This store was Great!!!! Will visit here again soon. I’ve really tried to like this location. I live in the city but work nights in Monroe, so I frequent Starbucks often especially this one. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently slow and below standard.
Today, I ordered a grande matcha with four pumps of peppermint syrup. For that size, it should’ve been pretty sweet, but the drink was grainy and had no peppermint flavor at all. I asked for it to be remade, and while the second attempt was slightly better, it still lacked taste. At that point, I just left.
It’s disappointing because I genuinely want to support this location, but it misses the mark more often than not. I wish I had constructive feedback to offer, but there are so many areas that need improvement, I honestly don’t know where they should start.

I hadn’t stopped before because I’m always on the other side of town. But, I treated myself after a medical appointment. The staff was friendly and informative. The layout was nice with a variety of seating styles/designs. It is in a wooded area, even though it is yards from heavy traffic and retail locations. The drink was new to me, but good. The danish was delicious.

The server attendant at the windows was a SUPER NICE older gentleman. Got myself a Dragonfruit drink and my dog Harry a pupcup. The guy was so sweet to my dog Harry. Love when the drive thru attendants are super engaging
