It’s extremely frustrating to order a simple Venti Americano, black, and end up with something completely wrong. I went through the drive-thru and didn’t realize the mistake until I was already miles down the road. I shouldn’t have to double-check a basic order that should be standard for trained Starbucks employees. This happens far too often, and it’s disappointing to pay premium prices for careless mistakes.

After an extremely rough day, I needed to grab a water and snack for myself and my son. Trying to get through without any attention. The nice server didn’t bring it up in the drive through and was kind enough to gift me a cake pop and tell me things will get better and to drive safe. A simple act of human compassion to a stranger is something I will never forget. Please recognize this employee, I wish I grabbed his name to recognize further. Thank you ❤️

Went a here a few times while visiting. Staff was super great. They always asked how my day was going and got m order to me quick and accurately. The parking lot could use a little work, but other than that it’s a great store.

Told them light ice and they filled the cup with ice to the brim feels kind of like a scam because they only fill the cup half way with actual coffee and then ice might as well just order a cup of ice at this point.

My husband stopped by Starbucks Bethlehem, GA 4am this am waiting for the release of the glass bear cup. No one got one!! Not even the first person in line. Called the store manager Ashley said she didn’t get any. This is after the employees said they did. She told me to come back at 6am because she hadnt opened stock came back and they stated they got zero and one employee stated they sold out lol just say the employees took them all

This is my 3rd visit to the stand alone Starbucks in Bethlehem. Service was good, the atmosphere was nice. The Baristas were kind. The only problem with the store is the wait times. I preferred to use the drive thru but didn’t want to wait in that long line which was wrapped around the building. Perhaps more baristas would speed up the service. I did appreciate that my latte was made correctly and I didn’t have to wait forever in the lobby. I would likely return and work in the Starbucks because it is quiet and inviting. Another plus is that they try to appreciate their customers (see photo) I am not on it since this is only my 3rd visit at this location. I would recommend this Starbucks. How can u open a new store and have no cafe open, u sit in the line for an hour and find out there is no cold brew, there is no reason for the cafe to be closed, not everyone is lazy and wants to wait in there car and to only find out they don’t have what u need. I call bad business with this as a business owner we all strive to make sure everyone is taken care of no matter what, this is not acceptable

The manager at the window was bragging about their high customer service rate while I was trying to figure out my app, cause I couldn’t get it to load up. And she said very aggressively and rudely what is going on with the drive thru? So I don’t understand where that high customer service review came from because their manager was very rude that I was struggling trying to get my app to pull up. I have never had an interaction like that at Starbucks. She made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed, and she was very rude.
