Went in to grab a drink because the drive thru line was out to the road. Short line inside so I ordered my drink and moved to the end of the counter. 12 minutes later after seeing everyone waiting for drinks when I got there leave with their order I asked the barista if my order was coming up soon. He scrolled and scrolled on the iPad but told me he did. It have the sticker yet. I spoke to a manager about a refund because it was taking so long and her response was they should have told me there was a 20 MINUTE WAIT for orders. Of course, they did not. Order got refunded but not the tip they preemptively took for the drink I never received.

10/10 would not recommend. Go elsewhere.

there’s a couple great baristas here, Hanna, Gracie, and Amanda. Kind and friendly no matter the time of day or how crazy busy it is. But the manager has an attitude and doesn’t know how to treat customers very well. She plays around and acts afool, then I watched her get onto an employee for laughing with the other barista. Some of the baristas are great every time I’m in, but there’s a few that just have an attitude no matter what. Drinks are sometimes right and sometimes not. It seems to be based off who is making them. Certain baristas repeatedly get it wrong

Flavor was spot on, and the drive-through worker was very polite. I got the cold brew with the sugar-free vanilla syrup. It was prepared just the way I like it. Drive-through was quick. Definitely will visit again.

I stopped in to get a quick drink, and it turned into a 25+ minute complete waste of time. First, they held up all inside drink orders for 5 minutes working with a woman who could not figure out how to use the app. Then they were the slowest group of workers I have ever seen in my life. This just reinforces my recent observations that Starbucks is no longer about quick efficient friendly service. The wait internally just kept growing as the serving crew stood around doing nothing to speed service.

Whatever you do, do not order pick up or order inside. They prioritize drive thru and you’ll just sit there and watch the line clear over and over again before you finally have to ask about your order. I had to have them reheat my food because they just left it laying on the counter by the oven.

On a Sunday morning, despite being the only customer in here for a while, this was loud loud loud. More so than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s changed a bit in the 14+ years since I was last here!

A couple of single seats against the wall but the main seating for drinking your coffee and eating your food are two long community tables. Not ideal but they do have power outlets and the wifi worked fine.

I stayed for a bit but didn’t find this particular Starbucks to be great to working on a laptop.

Coffee was great and always is! The food was overpriced for the quality delivered…a sad skinny breakfast sandwich with little flavor. The line did move quickly and the staff was delightful, though in the future, I will stick strictly to coffee for maximum value.

They are absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here at various times of the day. I’ve been here when there are zero people in the drive thru. I’ve been here when there are 8 people working and then there are only 4 people working. Absolutely slow as hell. And your mobile order? If it says it will be ready at 9am, nope. Better add another 5-6 mins to that cause that’s when they start it. Absolutely awful. Snails move faster and I try to avoid this place at all costs.
