I purchased a Matcha before I go to work every morning and today they decided to rush, and because of this, my Matcha wasn’t mixed at all. It literally looks like wet cut up grass in a cup. And I would’ve gone back in, but I was on my way to work and I did not have the time to stop and tell someone how to make a drink properly. I did not end up drinking it and had to throw it out, which is a shame because the drink is LITERALLY $8 DOLLARS. And to add, my breakfast sandwich I ordered was cold.

This Starbucks was great! The staff greet you, are friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt. The drinks were well made. The music was just a tad loud and the direct overhead lighting was off-putting, but not so much that I wanted you leave. Overall, this is a good location.

Ordered a Flat White with almond milk and cinnamon dolce I get the same drink almost every time I go, today I went to this location and it was worse drink it had zero taste, I got it without a sleeve although is very hot to touch the Madeline cakes were hard. 10 dollars for this is shame. They don’t listen to the customers and what they want and then tell you that that’s what you ordered when you get the wrong order. went today and ordered an iced blonde latte with eight pumps of pecan syrup caramel drizzle and whipped cream with whole milk instead, they charged me for the promotional fall drink, but it comes with sweet cream cold foam and oat milk. Not at all what I wanted. So I received the promotional drink, but they put whipped cream on top of the vanilla cold foam.

This Starbucks was horrendous. The service was horrible when I and another were the only people there. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha, with no caffeine. I waited over 20 minutes until a worker was handing out samples when I was the only one there waiting. Nobody asked me what I was doing standing around, instead making samples. I asked for my drink, and they did the wrong name AND the wrong drink. I decided to shorten my name to Mo; so it would be easier for them. However they put my name as Mark; which is not even close to Mo. After the predicament the worker said that no caffeine is a peppermint hot chocolate! Doesn’t make any sense.
