I am a door dash driver who is out for hours and hours a day… and guess what … I get thirsty. I asked for a cup of water and they refused to give me one because I wasn’t a paying customer. I AM MAKING THEM MONEY by picking up an order from their store. I have never had this happen to me. This place SUCKS… sorry not sorry. That was enraging.

My first time going to this location, a bit disappointed, the coffee’s were made right, but the bagel had no cream cheese even tho I had asked for it and the sandwich was not made at all, I had to ask them to make and they seemed to be in a rush to get it done and in my hand so they could be done with it. I get its Thanksgiving but they still had enough time to make it right since I ordered ahead of time.

This morning I came to get my coffee, but I waited almost 10 minutes and no one took my order. I had to leave because I was running late for work. When I came back during my break, one person saw me in line and started sweeping the floor instead of helping me, until another lady came and took my order. I don’t understand why he did that to me.

This Starbucks is very charming. There is ample parking on the side of the building. Or if it’s very crowded Walgreens is in the next parking lot so you could park there as well. If you’re in a tall vehicle like myself. You may not be able to go through drive-thru as the clearance is only 8‘3“ tall. The inside is very nice. COVID note: If you’re doing a mobile order there is a person handing out orders at a table in front of the counter. I have been here twice and the drive-thru is very busy. Cars down the drive-thru lane and coming from both sides of the side street. So you have to merge in with one another. I suggest a mobile order instead if possible. Both times my iced coffee was somewhat weak but I’d revisit because it’s it a good location

I come here everyday after work for my usual Choc croissant & venti mango dragonfruit lemonade. I always ask for light ice… and it depends on who’s there if my order will come with light ice. My drive home is 1 1/2 hours long… I would like my drink to not be watered down OR gone by the time I hit the highway 🙁 overall 85% of the time I have a great experience! 🙂
