To the Young woman who went back and forth with me about whether or not my order had whipped cream on the top, you should be ashamed of yourself. You lied and said that your coworker put no whip cream at all when the sticker clearly says no whip at bottom. Reading is essential if you can’t do it then maybe Starbucks isn’t for you. I have a Starbucks inside of the facility I work at. I only stopped at this location because it was recommended by a coworker. I would never debate with someone at 6:30 in the morning about whether or not their order had whipped cream on the top. Get over yourself. This was absolutely the most disgusting and worst Starbucks experience. Take accountability, young lady. To the young lady that took my order, kudos to you for maintaining your composure as I watched you, witness your coworker slander your name. It takes a certain level of maturity to ignore someone who is loud and wrong.
Update: I have been in the restroom for almost 2 hours on and off. The only reason that might be is because your barista can’t read correctly. She had to put regular milk, because I order the same beverage everyday, with oat milk. It is literally coming out of both ends and I am being sent home. My first stop is going to be you guys.

Not the best Starbucks – no cold case or hot items on display but they do claim to have all of them. I have no complaints about the service, my order comes up quickly no matter what time of day I’m there.
They have parking lots pickup spots as well and there sees to be ample space. The interior would be a nice place to work or spend time.

The atmosphere was terrible.. I usually always tip… today the lady at the register was silent as a mouse and did not get my order right…. Another lady threw people’s food on the counter when she was done.. my oatmeal is very dry. I asked for all the toppings and got none, and to get back in line to wait… do someone trying to develop a routine for ensuring I eat breakfast for my health, this location will not be a reliable go to.

I bought a new cold drink for me and my son in drive thru. I think it was a caramel ribbon crunch frappicino (title?). It was delicious, and we received great customer service.

I am so tired of this starbucks. Emory needs to invest in a starbucks that is more consistent and actually wants customers. This location hates the campus it serves and is managed poorly. I’m so tired of it.

This is my usual starbucks and normally im pretty satisfied with them, but today was like a 20 min wait and I asked for light ice, but received mostly ice. $7.29 for a cup of ice feels like a scam. 7.29 for a cup of coffee was already pretty bad.

Excellent place to go for work inside the store or just for enjoy and chill a coffee during the morning, I went to this place during a Sunday morning and was my best choice (also was my first time Starbucks here in Georgia, I’m really satisfied with my experience) for that reason I would like to visit more once again this location for the atmosphere and the good customer service

My experience was not good. Bought a white chocolate mocha latte or so I thought but when I arrived to work and opened my paper holiday cup to pour my drink into my new plastic holiday cup, I realized that the weird sediment I was tasting was actually dragonfruit from a cup they previously mixed a dragonfruit refresher in and recycled it for my drink. I understand about the supply chain management issues but they could have at least rinsed the cup more thoroughly before putting my drink in it. There’s no viable excuse for that kind of nonsense! What if I was allergic to the refresher ingredients? I’m deeply disappointed because this location it was my favorite Starbuck’s to visit after a hard day at the hospital but now I’ve lost faith in them. On top of that they have some new barista there that is completely rude and lifeless when she takes your order so you can bet it will be completely messed up when you receive it. My orders have been completely wrong 2 more times so I’m no longer going to visit that location.

It’s 6:10am, I was not greeted by anyone when I walked in to the Starbucks with zero patrons (unusual to not be welcomed by a Starbucks team member). When I asked about a tea that I ordered on the app (to ensure that it went though ok) I was met with rudeness by the barista. Rather annoyed I quietly received my drink and walked out, to find that tea order was incorrect (received black tea instead of green tea). I would normally be understanding of a simple mistake, but the poor customer service and rudeness so early in the day made me less inclined.

My family has been going to the Toco Starbucks for 20+ years. For a long time my went on a daily basis. She now has Alzheimer’s and cannot drive anymore. When I go, the team members that knew her still ask about her and remember her order. Today my mom’s latte accidentally got left out of my order. The manager personally made it and brought it to me with a big pup cup for my rescue pup. Thank you to the Toco Team members!
