The drinks are watered down with too much ice! Too much milk and they simply do not taste well. I shouldn’t have to constantly ask for light ice for a drink ordered to taste well, why on earth are you putting so much ice in a beverage when you know it waters it down? That’s asinine!

1. For my drink Carla decided because I wanted less ice to give me a shaken espresso that was HALF empty and refused to add milk. When I complained this has never happened to me before they said it doesn’t matter we won’t add milk. I then asked them to make it a normal shaken espresso and they gave me a cup full of ICE back. I basically ordered ICE for $10.
2. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and corrected order 3-4 times…
TERRIBLE service never coming back here

Ordered the protein banana matcha and this is the first time my matcha was not blended very well. It was delicious until the clumped matcha burst in my mouth, if you know matcha you know the taste. The order was ready at the time promised.

I came to get a coffee last night after work and to my surprise the drive through said it was close but after a couple seconds they answered on the speaker and took my coffee order five minutes before close . They were fast and efficient. Will be coming back again ! Night staff has been doing very well since my last experience.

I always come to the Starbucks near my house but today I was not pleased at the service I received. The young man at the window was very cold, non chalant, and not welcoming to the Starbucks. I waited in the drive thru about 5 mins. When I got to the window, there was no greeting just my total. Ok, then my drink push to me with a straw, then he walked away. I waited 3-4 mins because I wanted my receipt. He comes back to the window your drink is on the way. I said no I have my drink. Oh you need a straw, here he said. I said no I need my receipt. He printed and shoved it in my face and said here. He need classes on customer service ASAP.

First time writing a review for this location. Every time I come there’s a problem. Today, I gave the young lady my order at the register and after waiting almost 5 mins I asked about my drink then a different young lady tells me I should let them know I’m using my points, but I told the first young lady I was using my points. Somehow, it was my fault then I waited another 4-5 mins for my drink to not be right. I will just continue to go to the Jonesboro RD location. It’s a lot further but at least my drink will be correct.
