The staff is friendly and the drinks are consistently good. The free refills is great for finals.
I like the new renovations; I wouldn’t mind if they open up the rooms, so there is more space, however.

Always love coming to this Starbucks! I go out of my way to get to this one instead of the others closer to me because the service, staff, and leadership is so undefeated. My favorite barista, Raquel, always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She always gets my drink right and makes my day leaps better, have her craft your drink if you can!!

Beware. I purchased giftcards from this store and the giftcards had nothing on them. I was given old giftcards by thr barista in the drive through. Make sure to purchase your giftcards elsewhere, if you chose to frequent this place at all. It also took multiple calls and finally me just showing up to the store to even get a manager to speak with me. Been going to Starbucks for years but will not be anymore. Glad to know this was worth a loyal customer

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. This place even has conference rooms that, prior to the pandemic, guests can use for free. The coffee is what you would expect from a Starbucks. Same snack menu as well. The service is excellent. The barista even humbly said she’s new here and if she needed to remake the coffee she would be happy to.

Called ahead to talk to the manager about refund for a extremely hard and over cooked sandwich just to be asked 3-4 times if I wanted the sandwich redone when I arrived. I’m in service and just wanted a quick bite this morning and imagine how I felt once I received this sandwich. The treatment was a bit odd but that’s just how humans are today. I will just go to Fayetteville next time. If I want my money back I shouldn’t have to come all the way back for your mistakes. And shouldn’t be forced to take a replacement just refund the money and let ppl get back to their busy day.
Was told over the phone I would receive $4 off my next order and I didn’t receive anything to honor that from this girl at the front when I arrived. Great way to start a Monday I guess.
