i had to get my coffee fixed twice, once in tje drive through and then i had to park and get out because it was straight milk (venti latte shouldnt taste like a cup of milk) then i make it all the way to work to realize that ive been given the wrong food. those are NOT the bacon egg bites. whoever was working morning shift shouldve had THEIR COFFEE. its first thing in the morning please play with someone elses time and money.

One of the worse wait times. Was in line for about 15 minutes…then I had to wait 10 minutes at the window because my order – after being paid- was “lost”. smh. I get my order, it felt a little light, so I removed the lid – it’s literally 2/3 full. The pic shows when I first removed the lid…kid you not, not one sip taken. Such a rip off and poor service.

Something is going on at this location. From the poor response time and final product to them having a handwritten sign stating that they will be closing early.

We’ve been coming to this location for years. It recently got an update and looks very clean and modern. They have added more seating or at least it looks like it’s more seating because they switched up the setup. There used to be a ton of merchandise on the wall and they now have made that a nice quaint seating area. This location has always felt small probably because it was and it was super busy and popular. They have made their food display smaller, they got new art and furniture, and they now have a digital ordering board. Looks like they got some new machinery and cabinetry. Overall the store looks good. Now they just need to keep up on providing consistent quality customer service and this will be a great location to visit. They seem to be fully staffed which was nice to see. Everyone working seemed to be very busy moving around doing something. So as long as they keep the restrooms clean, keep the lobby clean, take care of all this new beautiful equipment, and continue to take care of the customers, this will be a pleasant location to visit.

I had a disappointed experience this morning!
I ordered 1 matcha latte with pumpkin cold foam. When i received, there was no any cold foam even they charged me more. And my matcha latte seemed to not shaking
After i asked the staff, they even took a look on me up to i saw another one
That is the worst service!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too and there’s literally NO EXCUSE for it. I placed a mobile drive through Oder and people were walking in and coming out faster. I waited in line for 45 minutes for 1 drink. It was watered down and the ice was melted. What’s the point of a drive through if you can walk in and get it faster?

Horrible service in the drive through took 30 minutes for me to get a vanilla bean Frappuccino and a Gouda sandwich. When I get my vanilla bean is nothing but milk, no shake at all. Tried to reach out to them multiple times nobody picks up the phone at the store horrible service. And then they always have the nerve to pop out that tip pad when they give out horrible service. But you want me to tip you?

Waited over 30 minutes in the store, since the drive thru line was long. I think we would have gotten through quicker in the drive thru. The slowest Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Save yourself time. Crazy!!

Make sure you ask 3 times for condiments & you might get some probably not. Maybe if they can complete an order I’ll update my review otherwise you SUCK. It’s too often making the same mistakes do better. Genuinely.
