Edited to add: I went back and they did refund for the drinks and confirmed that this is not their new standard (I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice and personable). While they did fix this, I suggest checking your drinks before leaving just in case! <3

Went to this Starbucks the other day for the first time! Had a wonderful interaction with Sam, she recommended a delicious drink and was very helpful with the many questions I had! Will definitely be back to this location next time I am in the area (hopefully Sam will be working)!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but me and my family member went in the drive through early in the morning and Austin left a lasting impression. Not only was he patient when I didn’t know what to get, but he also was extremely kind and helpful! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks!! Great job Austin!! We were actually speechless with his amazing guest service! Keep up the good work! We need more people like you in this world! You absolutely made our day!

This morning my family member and I decided to go to Starbucks. We were originally unsure whether to go through the drive-through or go inside fortunately for us, we decided to go to the drive-through where my family member and I experienced the best service I have ever received from Starbucks EVER. My family member didn’t know what to get at first but shoutout to AUSTIN. He was patient beyond measure. He was such a cheerful, amiable, and friendly person that our experience this morning has brightened our day. GREAT JOB AUSTIN! Keep up the amazing work, and keep on making people’s days. I absolutely love coming into this store. They do such an incredible job at making a connection with you, literally as soon as you enter the drive thru or walk in the store. By far the friendliest team I’ve ever met in any coffee shop. Chloe, the manager, has done such a fantastic job at keeping a high standard here.
