I placed a mobile app order and they were so quick. The drink was perfect and they wrote a cute little note on the cup. When I went in to grab it, they were so nice and the place was really clean! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

First Jackie always gives the best customer service! Even when she’s busy she always greets me and takes my order. However the inconsistency of my drinks is disappointing. I ask for extra whip. Typically there are no issues my drink is amazing but the last three times it taste differently and they barely give me any whip topping. And I always tip.

I typically order through the app because my drink is complex, though I needed to use a different form of payment so I had to order at the drive thru. There was a small misunderstanding in my order but another person immediately hopped in and corrected the order- no issues at all. Again, with a complex drink I take blame. When I got to the window a gentleman with a huge smile greeted me and apologized but I said no worries. He then took my payment but I told him the price didn’t match from what I was told. He said it’s all good and I paid- he has taken off the price of my entire drink! The customer service was through the roof. I believe a newer person was probably taking my order and I was not displeased at all but they still went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for. As someone who works in restaurants, I am going to use this example of customer recovery and how Starbucks always does a fantastic job. Atmosphere is like any other starbucks. Everybody is pleasant and welcomes you in. Came here on 12/25/25 and service was awful drinks were awful. Drove from rockmart believing this would be the better choice than going to dallas or hiram I was wrong. But we chucked it up to it that service was awful due to christmas and them being busy. I came back on 12/27/25 and as I was sitting there atmosphere was good but they struggle with being busy. Drinks were better than last time but its not consistent as I go there every Saturday and order two refreshers with water its either too sweet or it looks it just water poured over the infusion no acai what so ever. Im going to need this location to step it up or build one in rockmart or mirror lake.
