This is the most negative group of people at a restaurant I have ever met in my life. I feel bad the store manager and the only two employees that are super sweet and treat customers with respect have to have these vibes around them. I swear if it’s anyone besides those three you are putting them out of their way being there. The others have the most negative attitude and even talk bad about you in front of your face. My daughter picked up a drink and stood there for 10 minutes. No hello, no acknowledgment. Even when we are super friendly when we walk in saying good morning to them.The lady finally asked her what she had and then proceeded to tell her Ooops someone else forgot to put in sold out. She said I can give you a refund or make another drink. My daughter was over it. So I went in and said I would like another drink but asked if it would be made right now bc my daughter is very late for practice now. She said what would you like. I was trying to tell her and she interrupted me to say is it similar to this drink you wanted… it was but she wouldn’t let me answer with my drink and so I said since I am putting you out of your way and now my daughter is very late just give me a refund. Also I feel the fact that we waited forever at this point you shouldn’t care if it was similar. Again it was though. I’m very upset on the lack of compassion, no apology and extremely delayed lack of communication. I am a very happy and patient person and I love all the other locations. I joke around and if they are running late I get it. They are busy. But the other locations either greet me or they will say good morning back. I know greeting people is this locations expectations because I have heard the store manager reminding her employees to do so and then the other two , it is a guy and I don’t know the girls name, have the most welcoming greeting. I know this is a long post, but the lack of friendliness has been going on for 3 months now(just moved here) and I have tried so hard to remain sweet and patient, but 3 months…. I feel is long enough. Also as I wait for my mobile to be made I watch how they treat others to see if it’s me…. It’s not. The interactions I have observed are lacking the vibes I feel Starbucks strives to be. Again, the Store Manager is fabulous and two of the employees! I’m sorry to the store manager that I had to make this post.

I had to switch to using the app as my order of white Hot Chocolate kept being made as a Latte or a normal Hot Chocolate, I had about a 15-20% success rate at getting what I ordered.
Now even with the app, still 1/4 times I end up with a latte (picked up thru drive thru tonight so was home before I noticed).
It is annoying to not be able to get what I ordered but also, I cant drink caffeine which makes the accidental lattes even worse.

I moved over to this area about 2.5 years ago. My husband and I are creatures of habit and their cold brew is so consistent. I always use mobile order because our cold brew adjustments are a tiny bit different. So it’s easier. All of the workers are incredibly kind and smiley!! MANAGEMENT, never let JAE leave.THATS a whole lot of sunshine ❤️ I look forward to when I am met at the window! I think kindness goes an along way. So if you had a bad experience maybe it was also your reaction to it. Patience is needed always

STOP! You are about to make a terrible decision. I don’t know about the food here, but the last two times I got coffee it was disgusting. If I didn’t know better I’d think the guy made it with garbage can juice. Turn around, get back in your car and drive away. If you choose to go inside after reading this, I hope that you enjoy the repetitive trips to the toilet in your near future. It’s going to come out both ends…

Clean. A little slow considering it was 6pm on a Saturday and only one person in front of me (and a drive thru). The guy behind the counter did help me decide what to get by explaining the new Refreshers by flavor, ingredients, and his favorite.

Hubby got a Tall Decaf Americano, because apparently they don’t serve plain ol decaf coffee anymore (he looked at me like, “huh?” when I asked for that… Lol), and I got the Summer Skies Refresher. Hubby ended up with a grande Americano, though… Minus a star for that. He did refund the Americano, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. What if I hadn’t caught it?

The Refresher is definitely worth it! Delicious! Idk how I’ll get the Bobo out, though. I didn’t grab a straw. My problem, not theirs.

I really try to stay away from this location. Unfortunately, this is the only one available on door dash. I avoid it because they do not make good drinks, EVER. So I take a shot in the dark and get what expect every time. Today I got a sugar cookie latte that was literally milk, no flavor, not even a coffee taste.

I work in the area and treat myself to a coffee about once a week. I kid you not, the staff at this Starbucks location are truly the nicest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter which of the lovely staff are running the drive thru, they are all so friendly and wonderful. I’ve never had anything but pleasant interactions with this team. Keep up the good vibes friends!
