Omg! I highly recommend this facility for everyone. I came into the store with an emergency for a remake after a previous Starbucks store butchered my Iced Double Berry Matcha after pleading with cashier “SIAH” personally accommodated my remake order to perfection! Unfortunately I ended up losing my job later that day but I am still overjoyed because the service, environment and food was the best part of my morning! Thank again for all you do staff, I greatly appreciate it…

Done coming here . I rather walk inside Kroger or target across the street from them to get my drinks made right.
I ordered a caramel macchiato and told them no caramel drizzle cause I need dairy free and I even added 7 pumps of vanilla to a large drink and it taste like water and this was not dairy free . Crappy for spending almost $9 for one drink .

Today: I just left and Emily was AMAZING! But my bf drink came out really sloppy and instead of having it remade we asked that they at least just add more cold foam and yet STILL got an eye roll from the guy “Sidu” I think his name tag read . He offered to remake the whole drink but we thought we would be nice and just have him fix the main concern which was the cold foam disappearing in the ice (is what he said) (we got light ice…) and he was still unpleased with our request.
Sunday: My boyfriend requested caramel drizzle on his drink and they didn’t put it and they ran out of dairy free so he had to get regular and take pills just so he could drink it . And my breakfast sandwich was COLD in the middle I get the line was busy but dang u should still fully cook the food and read the orders :/
We always joke about going to our “fav” location (here) because our first experience here 2 weeks ago (we just moved to the area) we had a really rude girl at the drive thru named Jocelyn and we always look at the window before fully pulling into the line to make sure she isn’t there

Sye kindly greeted us at the drive thru window. He was professional and pleasant. I had some change coins I wanted to off load. I organized them into 1 dollar amounts and still owed 2 dollars more which I paid with credit. I apologized for the odd payment, however Sye was calm and kind. He said no worries and appreciated the change. He made the transaction seamless and pleasant. He represents your business well and deserves a raise. Thank you Sye.

Got a $25 gift card for my birthday back in march. Finally stopped by this Starbucks in Cartersville and they asked for my receipt. I said no receipt, it was a present. They said “Sorry, it’s no good “. I had just opened it in front of them. Can’t honor a gift card? I won’t be back!

Very busy at times. Service here is the slowest ive experienced of any starbucks ive visited. Employees are usually very friendly. My drink never tastes the same from visit to visit at this location. I try to avoid this location when possible, mostly because of drive thru wait times and consistency issues

I ordered a LARGE chestnut praline and got a medium. Not the delivery driver’s fault. Inside of bag and side of cup were both clean. They just put it in a large cup and didn’t even get it close to the top. Barista obviously didn’t care. One day I’ll drive over and order just to check in myself and make them correct it.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but they really are lacking in service here. If there any cars in line, it always takes five times longer than any other Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Additionally, they are too lazy to make a drink that I have literally had 50 times before, and all it is is waiting for a tea to steep for an extra minute before putting it over ice. I’ve had it all over the US and Starbucks, and I’ve even had it in three different countries at Starbucks, but this is the one location that refuses to do it. Really wish they would get some better customer service at this location.

To slow, they just can not get the team work down. When you just stand back & watch them it looks like everyone is telling each other how to do their jobs. Maybe I am wrong and sometimes they have it if its just 2 or 3 people inside.
