i’ve never had a bad experience with starbucks. this starbucks should have a lower rating than 4.2. i’m not going back here again. i placed a mobile order and said it should take 4-7 minutes when i was about 4 minutes away and it took about another 5-7 minutes to be made when i got there and there was only one car ahead of me and there were no customers inside either and they had already gotten some of theyre stuff. when i got to the window they still had to make it and no one even came to the window to let me know how long it would take. then i got an iced espresso with a splash of almond milk and cold foam on top and it looked layered but normally it’s mixed together and when i was handed my drink it wasnt mixed and i asked the barista to mix it and she said “it wasn’t ordered to be mixed” when there’s literally no button on the app to mix it like theyre supposed to mix it themselves before handing it out and she was just rude about it. the drink just tasted watered down and disgusting. terrible service!!! and on top of that the drink tasted disgusting so i went back around to get something new because i wasnt wasting my money and i got the double berry matcha and even that just tasted watered down and was also kind of gross. i would NOT recommend going to this starbucks to anyone!! save yourself some time and money. rude employees and terrible drinks.

Friendly. Only stopped for a gift card, but about 8 people greeted me. Fast service, clean bathroom. I did get asked if I wanted to add a tip to my purchase of a gift card which I thought was utterly ridiculous, as they are going to ask for more tips when the gift card is used, but that’s the society I guess we live in now. Clean place, easy to access. Good parking. Would go again to buy a gift card.

I love Starbucks! I travel a lot and no matter where I go I can always get my Chai Tea Latte. It’s my comfort food on the road. This location is the one close to where I live. They are the most friendly bunch of people and know me quite well. It like we’re old friends. If you haven’t stopped by here lately I high recommend this location.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks until today. The employee who took my order was really rude — he didn’t even greet me, and when I thought he was asking how I was, he was actually just asking how I was paying, clearly trying to rush me. I ordered the Gingerbread Chai, which is a holiday drink, and I didn’t even receive the red cup that’s supposed to come with it. Really disappointing service. Guess I’ll have to start going to a Starbucks with friendlier employees.

Today I ordered two matchas, the first one really bad with no matcha at all so I decided to come back later to order another one (both paid) they gave me the second one bad prepared and when I told them to put some more matcha in the barista looked at me with an awful attitude and gave me this with a hair as you can see and the match not blended. I don’t know what is happening with this location always doing something wrong or with an attitude. $11.75 dollars to the trash

Love the new location. Very friendly staff, convenient to the highway and local area, lots of seating and the long table is exceptionally handy for lots of people working on laptops.

I’m not one to write reviews but I fear I had a pretty bad experience today. I went through the drive thought and asked for a drink I only knew by the name I saw on social media , I know it’s annoying but I genuinely didn’t know the actual name so I asked the employee, Adien, and he said “the honey citrus mint tea, I’ve never heard anyone call it that” and he just said it with a little attitude, but I was like okayy. I get to the window and he loudly announces that my card declined which is ofc embarrassing, but I get my drink and there’s was still a lot of space on top… I swear I didn’t drink from it. I understand fast food is rough, I work in fast food too, but there’s no need to be passive aggressive

Stop by this location because I was visiting a friend near Woodstock Georgia the other day ordered the special holiday peppermint mocha. It tasted great it took a little bit of time however they were really busy when I went.
