I came here today for a pink drink and the the cup was overfilled with ice after 3 sips the drink was finished. I spent $6 for ice .The young lady who took my order wasn’t nice at all but kept pretending . Please train the staff here to provide better service . I’m supposed this business is still open honestly.. i don’t see much of a future bad customer service & ripping customers off with their order not being made worth eating or drinking I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming because the 1 star ratings described my experience.

Edit: If I could give 10 stars to the person who made my husband & I drinks on Sunday afternoon I would. Prior to this my husband would also go by himself to get our drinks and both times would receive half filled thrown together drinks. This was the first time he’s tasted it made right and it was exactly how it’s suppose to be. As my previous review stated, I went almost everyday and most of the times my order was made right but inconsistent . Presentation is everything and because they fixed it I’m giving the 5 stars again as well as still one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to around canton

Other than the riverstone location, this location I have been coming to consistently getting the same drink atleast 3-4 times a week. Everyone is very friendly, but what I’ve noticed when it is busy they seem to rush my order and make it wrong. For example, one minute the salted caramel with taste like salted caramel and my drink will be filled the the top the next minute, like last week my husband my handed to drinks that were half way filled in a grande cup and i asked for extra cold foam. My husband did not but yet are drinks looked the same, the suck and unfortunately it seems like it’s only one worker that does this. I was so disappointed especially when i know who this drink is suppose to look, taste, and be made. In my opinion, it is the driver thru workers job to double check orders and if it doesn’t not look presentable remake or don’t even give it to the customer. Becuase of this I am taking a break but so will be back. Keep in my some of us moms and wives look forward to our coffee break because it’s one of our only times we treat ourselves or get a small break. Other than that Inlove this location but on the weekends it need to be better and when it’s busy still make sure every customer is leaving satisfied and every drink is work the money that they spend.

Today, February 4, 2026, I went through the drive-thru and had the most awful experience. I have been going to this location since the day it opened. There is a gentleman (Noah), when I hear his voice asking for my order, I know my experience is not going to be good. He seems to hate his job. Today was probably the worst experience I have had with Noah. He treated me like I was a nuisance for coming through the drive-thru today. I called the location and was told this is not the first complaint they have received on Noah. I am thinking about going to another location, maybe the employees will be friendlier there? The other employees at this location have always been great. I suggest either getting rid of Noah or putting him in the back, away from customers.

I was there a few days ago and my order was taken by Daniel. He was super nice! His customer service is literally the reason I came back to this store, even though there is another one closer to me. Most of the ladies there are not really friendly, but Daniel . I don’t know why he’s not in the drive-thru always makes me feel happy when he talks to me.

I recently had surgery in my mouth and he was very patient and kind, making sure he understood my order. He even added to my order at the window because I had forgotten my snowman cookies. I hope this store appreciates the great service and the great employee they have in Daniel, who makes me take the time to come here.

It is Dec. 18 and this Starbucks has none of their advertised latte flavors. No sugar cookie. No gingerbread. No eggnog. That is signs of terrible management. They don’t know how to order supplies in advance based on inventory levels. Atrocious. Don’t come here. All that serve is frustration and a large laptop area for job hunters to post online all day.

Very nice location.Good ambience. This is my experience I requested a Grande Mocha ☕ Coffe and for the first time buying at different locations in this one I feel the peculiar very light, highly Foaming coffe I asked why’s that the other one’s have more coffe and in this one I have so little coffe and the person in charge said they have been doing that all the time, that is the way supposed to be.I claimed that was so different from others restaurants she reaffirm that is the way should be the coffe made.When I open literally I blow Foaming away and was like a shot 1/2 of coffe size my Sister has to pour out some of her coffe to compliment mine. From now one im going to paid attention what I requested and sizes. *

They would not take my order due to me using a $100 bill .. I know we are in a digital world these days. But to deny service to someone because your lazy and don’t want to go back and get change from your safe – or if they truly don’t have it to give then that’s bad business! It’s Starbucks! Common! I will never be back!

Terrible service at this location. Literally the only people waiting for coffee and it took 20 minutes. I had to even ask where the 3rd drink was and the guy with long hair was bothered by it. Zero apology and bad attitude. All the workers seem to be just standing around.
