I had a peppermint mocha. It was not hot, barely warm. The peppermint flavoring overtook the entire drink. The service was mediocre which is totally not like Starbucks thus the two star for atmosphere. Starbucks is entirely too expensive for poor quality! The drive-thru was also extremely slow this afternoon, at 4:00, that does not seem to be a peak time of day look at your new house

If I could give Mel and Ty more than five stars, I would. These two are the definition of grace under pressure—and frankly, they did more to resolve my issue than the entire customer service phone line managed in multiple calls. (12 calls total).
From the moment I spoke with them, they were kind, professional, and—get this—they actually followed through. Every callback was prompt, every promise was kept, and they treated my frustration with genuine empathy instead of the usual corporate script.
They even went above and beyond by reaching out to their district manager on my behalf. That’s not just good service—that’s personal integrity. Mel and Ty didn’t just help me; they restored a little faith in humanity.
Honestly, Starbucks is lucky to have them. Scratch that—Starbucks doesn’t deserve them. But I’m grateful they were there when I needed real support.

New location. I decided to try it. I ordered light ice as you can see from the sticker. I think they purposely added extra ice because it was jam packed. This is how much ice was left after I drank it. Wow. Won’t go back.

This location is so convenient but so inconsistent. Honestly must depend on who’s working. I’ve had great drinks but also some terrible ones. Service is always friendly but again doesn’t make up for inconsistency. Driving off to 575 only to realize how bad the drink is. Luckily Starbucks at Sixes corrected for free. This location can be great if all employees learn how to make the drinks correctly. Also note they use way too much ice.

First let me say all the baristas have been so nice but they might be uneducated on how nitro cold brew works. It definitely could be a calibration issue with the nitrogen pressure gage on their machine but every time I’ve ordered my drink it ended up having an inch and a half of bubbly, airy, frothy foam and the actual coffee levels out well below the rim of the cup.

I was trained on how to serve nitro CB years ago when it was first added to the menu, and I know that it’s supposed to have foam. But only maybe a half inch or so and it’s supposed to be thick and creamy, not frothy and bubbly like it has been at this location. Needless to say, if I’m going to pay over $6 for my favorite coffee drink, I want it to be right.

This Starbucks is the best! Very friendly staff and they really know how to make drinks. I have just discovered a hot latte with cold foam topping thanks to their suggestion, and they make it so much better than other locations. It’s a winner for me.

Ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and it was perfect. They wrote “enjoy” on my cup and I did enjoy it. The girl with the long brown hair made my drink. She’s the best!!

This location is pretty new and has become an occasional part of my morning commute. The customer service was outstanding and the drive-through barista always has a smile and great morning attitude. The parking lot and appearance is very clean, vibrant, and inviting. I have only used drive-through but I will soon be checking out the inside and will update my review.

Outstanding Service and Perfect Drinks – Every Time!

The Starbucks on Riverstone in Canton, GA, is hands down the best! Every time we stop by, they greet us with a warm smile and exceptional service. They always get my order right, and my wife’s Venti iced caramel macchiato, breve, extra ice, whipped cream, extra espresso is made to perfection every single time.

What really sets this location apart is the friendly staff—they go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one. They even remember our order, which makes the experience feel that much more personal. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their drinks and their customers.

If you’re looking for a Starbucks that delivers both consistency and kindness, this is the place to go. Huge shoutout to the amazing team for making our coffee runs extra special!!
