These guys are fast which I do appreciate but it would be helpful for them to slow down enough to read the correct order. Every time I order a white mocha from here I always get a regular chocolate mocha instead. A bit frustrating when you pay Starbucks prices. Please slow down and pay closer attention to the orders .

Currently sitting here while I write this review. One of the cashiers(white female) walked in and came straight to me and my daughter and told us Starbucks has a policy that we had to make a purchase in order to use the wifi. We made a purchase when we came in. Ordered a cake pop and some chocolate chip cookies. The cashier was not here when we came in. What bothered me the most is that she came directly to us about the wifi but didn’t tell anyone else about the policy. There is currently 2 white guys on their laptops, an asian guy also on his laptop, a black guy on his laptop with nothing purchased. So at this point I feel targeted because my daughter and I are Hispanic/Mexican. This has been the most uncomfortable Ive ever been at a Starbucks. Proof of one of my purchases!!

This Starbucks consistently delivers some of the best service I’ve experienced. I come here about two to three times a week, and every visit reminds me why I keep returning. The staff genuinely makes you feel welcome—they always greet me as soon as I walk in and even call me by my name, which adds such a personal touch. It’s clear they take pride in creating a warm, friendly atmosphere, and it really sets this location apart. Whether I’m grabbing something quickly or staying for a bit, the workers here make the experience enjoyable every time. Truly great service!

Nice and spacious
I was expecting to pick up my drinks at the online order pick up zone after ordering on an app, but I waited so long and it wasn’t ready. It was behind the counter top for whatever reasons. So I had a long wait.

Nice Starbucks. Many seating options. I liked their eat chairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. That is a good indicator that they also have a clean back room and kitchen. We were very comfortable to spend time in and enjoy the restaurant.

Not sure what happened this morning but my Brown Sugar Strata Frappacunio tasted as though there was no coffee in it & DARN, I don’t have time to go back for a replacement!!!! I hate when you get a Barista who can’t make a drink correctly! I frequent this location weekly & this the 1st bad drink!

I got racist here.
Barista and cashier were really unkind looking at me with weird eyes.
They pointed out my fault and never accepted customer’s complaint.
They were busy and their business was doing well, but they looked like
they were ignoring me and why they had to listen to my complaints.

This is a great location – The staff work efficiently and friendly. The store looks pretty neat. The drinks are consistently prepared correctly (even though at times my latte can have too much oat milk). Also, one of the fastest drive-thru stores in my opinion.

TAYLOR was okay he didn’t greet us at the drive through window before obtaining our payment. Next time a simple Hello or Happy Sunday would be more inviting. The frappes could have used more ice it wasn’t as cold and slushy as the other ones I’ve had at other locations.

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, spending countless dollars on their beverages and food. However, my latest visit to one of their locations left a sour taste in my mouth.
As I sat down to work and relax, I was approached by staff and told that I couldn’t sit without making a purchase. I was taken aback, considering my extensive history with the brand.
While I understand the need to manage store space and encourage sales, I believe loyal customers like myself deserve better. The experience felt unwelcoming and unappreciative of my loyalty.
I hope Starbucks will take steps to balance customer experience with business needs, recognizing the value of loyal customers like myself.
