The cups are festive company standard cups you’d expect to see around this time, the service was fast and friendly but my caramel macchiato tasted like black coffee with the a whisper of sweetness like a distance memory syrup. 🙁 this is my first year State side in nearly 6 years, this semi confirms the rumor for me that Starbucks isn’t the same. Though in Korea it was quite nice.

I used to love going to Starbucks (In general around the country and world) 2001-2010ish because the employees were always so nice and friendly and it brightened my day. The last few years the service has been getting progressively worse all across the board domestic and international. Frequently the employees are aloof, entitled and not very nice. But I continue to keep going when I need to have meetings.
When I ordered my coffee today at this Starbucks… the employee was nice and it completely took me by surprise.
Something that used to be normal at every Starbucks shouldn’t take you by surprise but at least there is one good employee left.

Five star service every time. Super friendly and the drinks are always right, even on some of my custom requests. Fast service from baristas you can tell care about customers. I go out of my way to come here vs others that are more convenient to me. Busy location for a reason.

Ultra Chill Spot! I love how they have the to go section set up, it’s decked out with straws, sweeteners and other condiments to ensure a smooth in and out experience. This location just remodeled and it looks so spiffy!!! The outside is modern and sleek with a patio that is pretty open so you feel comfortable actually getting some work done outside on a laptop. Can’t get my day right without seeing this staffs amazing attitude and customer service!

I often visit this location it’s not always the cleanest but the staff are usually on point. I went in for my FREE tall coffee and the most delightful and nice cashier by the name of Destiny, helped me.
The coffee blonde roast was amazing & the best coffee give had this week, I know it’s just Monday but, you get my drip. I added my Toasted Hazelnut & marshmallow syrup with a dash of vanilla almost creamer, OMG!

Consistent delivery order issues with this store (typically missing items). When I contacted them about the errors, they said I must’ve contacted the wrong store, when in fact, it WAS the correct store. So not only do they do poor work, they do nothing to make up for it either. Avoid this place.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to share how awesome the employees were at this location. We came in with a group of 5 kids and 3 adults and the staff was so friendly and polite. The man working at the register was especially great. His customer service is top notch and he even came to our table to bring a bag of our food we were waiting on.

Oh the times when i miss this Starbucks being open 24hours it gave me so much joy. It definitely made my top favorites! The staff is always pleasant and the bathrooms always clean. Everything is always made to order very fast, normally no long wait times. It’s sometimes a competition only because chick fila is across the street so we fight with their traffic. Adequate enough study space/ table space on the inside. Right off the paces ferry exit. Easy enough to jump off the hwy and right back on during road-trip or fast travel days. Today I was helped by Eric !

Ordered an impossible sandwich today 9/24/25 at 7:40am more than half of it was cold. The bun was the only thing hot which blew my mind.Definitely Lost my appetite and I only had time to stop by quick for some breakfast before work. Was not a good experience and truly wouldn’t be going there for food anymore. On top of that the meat looked unedible.
