Trash I recently visited this Starbucks location that left me thoroughly disappointed. The staff’s attitude was lackluster, and it felt like they were just going through the motions rather than providing any real customer service. The drink was a letdown as well—watered-down coffee that was more reminiscent of tap water than the rich flavor one expects from Starbucks, especially at 6:30 in the morning. It’s disheartening to see employees who seem indifferent to the brand’s core values and customer satisfaction. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Today was by far one of the worst. I always come to this location but today will be my last. If you don’t like to make coffee this may not be the job for you. “You would rather die before you order that.” Not sure if they were talking about me or another customer. Those type of remarks are very unpleasant to hear. Thanks Ms P (Paula or Paola) in the drive thru for letting me know how you feel about customers.

This is my go to starbucks and I love it but yesterday I had the worst customer service ever. This young man took my order but it felt like he was forced to barely even say anything back to me. When I pulled up to the window nothing was said to me, just handed over my drinks. Awkward interaction and VERY bad customer service coming from starbucks.

If I wanted to pay $6+ for a cup of ice I could have gotten more ice for a lower cost at the gas station. I’ve filed so many complaints against this location to corporate that they won’t even help me anymore and even getting a call back from the district manager he never returned my call. This place is a joke. One time I came 20 mins after placing my order and there was no one around and 3 workers were just standing around chit chatting while my order hadn’t been started yet. I come to this location for convenience but it’s time I take my business elsewhere.

Without prior notice, Starbucks #8371 at 2680 Cobb Pkwy SE Smyrna,GA 30070 closed early at 8:00pm EST., Saturday January 17, 2026. When I arrived at this Starbucks at 8:05pm, no one was there. The handwritten piece of paper on the front door was too small to see, despite the fact that the parking spaces are right in front of the front door. Consequently, I was forced to get out of my car in the bone-chilling cold so that I could read the tiny “notice” someone at Starbucks taped to the inside of the front door.” Prior to that night, I visited that Starbucks every Saturday night for several years, as well as at other times during the week. That night I discovered that RevCoffee, next door to where I live, was open. I got the coffee I wanted, as well as some of their home-made baked goods that Starbucks never has. Starbucks in metro Atlanta has permanently lost me as a customer because of this poor excuse for customer service. Please note that each time I visited this Starbucks the first thing I did upon walking through their front door was to put $10.00 in the tip jar. Weather wasn’t good that night, but where this Starbucks is located has seen winters with weather that’s much worse.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks everyday for years and get the same exact thing. After sitting in drive thru forever the young lady at the window didn’t greet me but slid me my food. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her. She didn’t give me everything I needed so when I would ask her for every-single-item that she would forget to hand me she would roll her eyes at me and try to disappear. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese through mobile today with an iced espresso. I always ask for a little cream on the side because I want to control how much cream goes in my drink. I was going to let it go and just drive off and she said in a nasty tone “for future reference, we have to charge for that” I said for what? She said the cream cheese and cream. I said I come here every day and order the same thing, I also ordered through mobile so you should have gotten it. I asked for the manager and all of a sudden she wanted to have amnesia and make it seem like I was the problem after being EXTREMELY patient with her. The manager on duty was kind enough to give me a gift card but I never want to see that girl again.

I ordered my go-to Starbucks beverage…Carmel Ribbon Crunch. Today, I was disappointed by the fact that this location had no Crunch for my drink. Everything else about this place was great. Quick service. Super clean inside. Customer service was above and beyond. I still love this place.
