This Starbucks is a little out of my way, so I don’t usually go to this one. I placed an order on the app for my husband to pick up because he happened to be passing by the drink was made incorrectly. The correct order was printed on the side of the cup. Whatever, it happens. I called the Store For a refund because rush-hour was starting and I didn’t want to drive back up there. I was told I had to drive back up there for them to give me a refund. I drove up there and got my money back and gave them back the full drink that I couldn’t have due to dietary restrictions. I am paying seven dollars for a drink and it’s not even the largest size, I expect better customer service.

$7 cups of ice with a hint of coffee – like 3 sips and ice. The wait is only 30 minutes for 3 drinks and if you ask about it the girl behind the counter will yell at her coworker, not you of course, how you better chill out and understand others ordered too and she’ll get to your drink when she gets to it – true story. They also ration bathroom visits and will get attitude about whether you are prdering or not before gocing you a digital sipher code to one time use unlock the bathroom per visit. You know, everything you love about Starbucks culture.

I’ve been coming here to do school work and have usually never had an issue with anything. But today I have ordered over 25 dollars worth of coffee and food. I have been in here a while doing my homework but I had to go to the restroom and asked for the code and was asked if I had bought anything in the last however long. Mind you this is 2:30pm and I guess they just had a shift change, but I told her that I had bought something and she just gave me the wrong code. I’m not saying it was done on purpose but I just went to sit back down and overhear them talking about customers lying about buying things. If I buy almost 30 dollars worth of coffee and food I think I should be able to use the bathroom whenever I want lol whether it’s been an hour or 2 since I actually bought the stuff. Probably will make a change in my normal study spot which is a shame cause this is so close.

Came through the drive through 9:29p. A car was ahead of me but no one responded when I kept stating hello.. finally when the time changed to 9:30p, the girl responded by stating, we are now close… I’m like ahhh.. got here B4 it closed… Girl responded back with a sarcastic attitude- like, hee hee, we are closed…The girl who responded when I drove past the window was a heavy set African American female with a black beanie hat who continued to ignore me when I was trying to get her attention… Along with 2 other girls who also ignored me… Real classy Starbucks… Won’t be back for my usual shot of espresso..

Extremely disappointed in the drink I received today. I ordered a grande latte with salted pecan cold foam in a venti cup. There is absolutely no cold foam on there. When I asked about it, i was told “we don’t make it anymore, that’s just how it comes out.” As a former partner, I understand not every drink is perfect. But this quite literally has no foam on it and no action taken to correct it. Starbucks has become way too expensive for this. Will NOT be back. On top of that, it took 27 minutes for my drink to be ready. So expensive, poorly made, and not even done quickly.

My son almost had an accident while we were waiting for our 30min 2 coffee 1 refresher order because there was only one flustered girl working the register who you have to request a code from just to use the bathroom. The girl in front asked for a code then when I asked she smirked and asked if I was going to place an order. I told her I already placed a mobile order. Curious as to why she chose to ask me and not the girl right before me. Then when we received the 2 coffee drinks but 10min had passed without the refresher that sits in a container they simply pour from. I politely asked in case they had forgot. The girl rolled her eyes and said I would have to wait like everyone else. Treated like crap as a paying customer. This starbucks is dead to me

It was just okay. Very dirty on the floor, huge location with tables stacked and moved saying “Tables Temporarily Closed” which means “no dine in” It seemed very slow to get the product when not many people were in the store. Tables had a big sticker on them saying temporarily not in use. Americano Coffee was good and hot on a cold day I appreciated that. The guy at the drive thru window was the nicest employee and handed me the bag and he was the only one that was really busting it. I asked for a plastic bag from another employee and she said we are not allowed but did not offer a paper bag.

I’ve never felt so dismissed in a Starbucks before. I was literally about to pee on myself, and Shia still refused to let me use the restroom because I hadn’t bought anything yet. I understand policies, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Basic courtesy goes a long way. As a woman, it’s exhausting how something as basic as needing a bathroom can turn into a struggle for dignity/power. I walked out feeling embarrassed, ignored, and completely unwelcome.
