I ordered here very early this morning through Uber eats, and I had called twice to make sure of certain things because I just do happen to be a particular person. Both phone calls were met with extraordinarily friendly service, quick and knowledgeable answers to my questions, and a willingness to help.
Well … My Uber eats driver delivered my entire order to some random place that was near my house, but not at my house. The delivery photo was so dark and blurry and covered in shadows that I could not identify where he had left my incoming caffeine fix. I’m actually going to include that photo with this review just to demonstrate how questionable his “proof of delivery” was.
I got a credit from Uber eats for the full amount and as I felt a slight annoyance at my still uncaffeinated state, I reordered again from this same starbucks. I called back for a 3rd time, and again, I was met with a very pleasant interaction, where the Starbucks employee was actually apologizing for the issue even though it was 100% not their fault. The delightfully cheery mood of each Starbucks employee during every phone interaction kept me and my caffeine-fiendish mood in a manageable state and even, dare I say, in a somewhat happy one?
Whatever they’re doing at this starbucks, they’re doing it right! As a result, I will most likely order from here in the future. Even with my first order being lost to the ether, the enjoyable attitudes I encountered kept me in a pretty good mood.

I fell in love with chai overseas. I’m an early riser. Walking in early to get that hot chai with friendly faces, smiles and positive attitudes. The entire early morning crew seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Great music, good vibes, and a perfect Chai!! Thank you guys!

The staff here is friendly. And when i needed a drink remade, they were more then willing to fix it. However, the tables were dirty and filled with crumbs, i understand it was a mess left by previous customers, but it should be wiped down. I try to avoid the drive through line. It always takes forever and the way the line forms is just an accident waiting to happen in the future, also with cars blocking the road. But all in all it is Starbucks and you pay the prices.

I woke up very early and waited at the door for the store to open. I was very upset to see that before the store even opened the three baristas working bought a lot of things so I basically wasted my time. I also got told this location didn’t get the bear cups when i physically seen them on the shelf when i first stood at the door. I feel like there should be some rules on that. Very unprofessional.

Since we decided to go inside because of the long line in the drive thru the 3 workers in there were able to take our order fast. I must give it to them for their wonderful service with as busy as they were today. And it gave me a reason to get a been there mugs from them too.
