Again! It seems that Starbucks can’t stay open according to hours. This is a regular thing. The ceo of all Starbucks wants us to feel welcome. It can’t do that if the dining room is never open in the evenings! Sad. This happens on a regular basis like 4 days per week!!! Sad.

Friendly, welcoming staff! I hadn’t heard my name called, so my drink had been sitting at the counter and the sweet lady who worked here brought it to my table and apologized! They welcome you when you come in, and act like they are happy to serve you. Lady who took my order was sweet and understanding too!

Staff here is always wonderful. Gave a 3 star because this location consistently short fills the hot coffee drinks I order. We came here every Sunday after church until the location in Harris Teeter opened. Stopped by here today on my way home and again, short filled. I haven’t taken a sip from either of these drinks in the photos. A little disappointed. Staff super friendly as always.

Placed a order last night with uber eats and I didnt get my full order. I talked to one of the workers and she said I have to get a refund with Uber eats but I told her Uber eats denied me a refund. I dont understand how you put that card in my bag then I come to the restaurant and you refuse to give me what I paid for! For those of you who dont know food delivery services like Uber eats mails these restaurants a check every month so these restaurants are getting paid for the food youre ordering. Honestly it’s not even Uber eats fault in my opinion. If youre out of something that I ordered then why not just give me something else of near equal value?

Staff is rude. Never acknowledge you when you walk through the door. Waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff was sitting behind the counter ignoring me. I asked about my drinks and they said they were working on it, but they were too busy talking to each other. I think I am going to stop coming to this location. Management needs to do a better job hiring people who actually enjoy working at Starbucks even just a little bit.

I bought coffee here. My mother asked for a cup of ice water with lemon. Mind you my mother has pancreatic cancer. They would no give her water, even after I asked twice. Finally I asked again and they gave her a cup of lukewarm water with no lemon or ice. Rudeness. all of them. With the exception of exception of Avery ☺️

Rude “staff”. First words out of their mouth, after being the only one standing at the counter for 90 seconds (in plain sight of the 5 workers), was… “I’m not on the clock” as they walked away.

This is one of the better Starbucks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is always clean, location is ideal, parking abounds.
I’ve been to this location probably six times over the past year. There’s literally nothing to complain about. It is a standard Starbucks providing the level of service, flavor, products, etc that you would expect.
