I’m tired of asking them for chocolate drizzle. It comes with the drink and yet every single time I have to ask. This time I was fine. Tired of asking them to just do their job. They also forgot to add the chocolate chips on the white peppermint mocha as the standard. It’s such a simple step and yet always missed but I believe it’s deliberate because that extra step might delay them and they’re I. Such a rush they think we won’t care for the simple drizzle. Annoying! Just driving out farther to the one that gets it correct. I’m surprised I even got the crumble on top of the mocha frappe this time.

Worst starbucks location ever. Can’t even get a simple gingerbread chai latte correct. Tasted like warm milk. Sick of paying $6 for a coffee just for it to taste like crap.

Ahhh!!! This review is so late because I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I feel like we’re all friends hehehee. Riley is amazing and funny and it’s like seeing one of the homegirls when I come through. I met Rae today and she is hilarious too. This location makes my days better. I asked for extra love today because it’s Monday and they delivered! Whoever the barista was… I super appreciate YOU! This is like MY Starbucks because all of my favorite “coffee besties drive-thru crew” are there and my coffee is always RIGHT! I also spoke to Chris on the phone and he’s cool too! Thanks Chris!

This location is awesome and convenient. They are friendly and helpful when you’re unsure what to try. The passion tea, white chocolate mocha, and chocolate milk are very tasty! My son said the chocolate milk deserves a thumbs up! Thanks for serving us so close to closing time. Your location and staff rocks!

Friendly service always; However it seems the drinks are never made consistently. I always order the same thing. vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It seems like all milk & sugar & barely any coffee. Im not sure if they have a new person, but they always used to make it perfectly

I ordered a large latte. I should have looked before I left because it isn’t even full. It had the same amount in it as my wife’s medium latte. This coffee is already ridiculously priced, so I’m not too happy to pay for a large and get a medium.

Went to get a drink re made that was not correct. Person at the counter gave me a hard time cause one of the cups was empty. I had to have something on the way to work but at the end of the day did not get what I ordered.
