The young lady that helped me this evening and I really do wish I remembered her name was just absolutely amazing. I was using app for the first time and I accidentally hit to go in-store to pick up instead of drive-thru and I really needed to go through the drive-thru. She not only told me that that was just fine that she would take care of it, but she was absolutely just perky and friendly and super nice. I also had my service animal with me who had had a long day of helping me and I asked for a pop cup and she was absolutely enthusiastic about the whole thing. She proceeded since they were a little bit slow to have some minor conversation with me and it was just really probably the most pleasant experience in interaction I had with people all day long. I truly apologize for not remembering your name whoever you are, but you made my day. The coffee was amazing. My order was a little complicated and it was perfect. Somebody in this barista needs a raise. For the record young lady, if you ever read this, it was the gentleman who had the Rottweiler. That way you can get credit for this wonderful review that I’m giving because you deserve it.

Great drive thru! I’ve never experienced a drive through like this, nice open feeling. Huge through window. The staff was awesome. The coffee was great, as good as can be expected from any Starbucks. I would return even though I prefer a more unique boutique experience. I also appreciate the familiarity of Starbucks.

Told cashier I wanted to use 2 coupons and ordered specific items on coupons. She said I owed a balance. Then she said never mind. Got my order and checked my app. She took all my stars and coupons are still there. Not happy. The stars were for what I really wanted!

Kailea and her coworkers were cheerful and pleasant. They were helpful (we’re not regulars) despite some unavailable menu items. We were not rushed, and they were exceedingly friendly. Kudos to the staff this morning.

They up charge you on drinks that are made wrong. It’s constantly a thing with this location…This was supposed to be the seasonal lavender matcha drink, but instead I wanted it hot. I even asked if they could do it that way and was told, yes. It’s just matcha and idk if it’s even milk. Taste like was and matcha powder. Just horrible!!!!!!

This Starbuck’s was really amazing, from us being nicely greeted when walking in, to the barista making sure our drinks were great to our liking and then being greeted again when leaving out. Fantastic customer service at this location, it was very clean all around and had a nice patio section as well

Decent Starbucks, inside closed so I expected the drive through to at least be a little bit quicker. Drinks were decent but they are very very heavy with the cream and toppings if you like that kinda thing. I decreased the amount in mine when I ordered and still felt like I was drinking sugar and cream with a splash of coffee. Employees very nice.
