We visited from out of town, and it was great to sit down for a breather here before leaving for travel back home. I usually get an americano, which was great. I also decided to try this smoked bacon crosant sandwich. It all tasted fresh and loved how our mobile order was ready right when it was expected to be on the app. It wasn’t too busy or loud inside, and there was a decent amount of seating for a quick stop. This shop was clean and tidy.

The absolute WORST Starbucks EVER! I just moved to the neighborhood so this was supposed to be my new Starbucks but all 4 times I’ve gone it was so BS!! Now I’m going to have to drive all the way out of my way just to get decent coffee and service. I told myself after the last time I wasnt going to patron this location I should have gone w my gut. Now I’m without my coffee and my money to get it at a better location all because they don’t know how to operate properly. I am beyond pissed! Messed up my morning! This location is 2 mins from me it’s crazy I’m going to have to drive further just to get the same coffee because they’re horrible here!

This by far was my worst Starbucks visit. My order was wrong and when I went in for them to correct the service was not up to par. I showed them my mobile order via phone and they didn’t bother to look or listen making it wrong a second time. I finally left with what he made and settled bedause I had somewhere to be which is obviously why I placed a mobile order. Then I got in my car to eat my breakfast sandwich only yo find out the bacon Gouda egg sandwich doesn’t come with bacon! Wow by far the worst visit. Out of 5 items ordered 3 of them were wrong. When I called the manager of the store I had to get her attention to listen to me because she cut me off twice when I tried to explain my reason for calling was not to complain about my visit but to inform them about the sandwich. Leadership please get involved with the training at this location from the manager to the staff. There was only one person who was helpful and that was the lady when I first walked in.
