Dawn was extremely rude and unwelcoming during my visit. I politely asked for a cup of water because I was choking and genuinely needed it, but she told me I had to make a purchase. I then said I’d order a small cup of milk, and she stated it would cost $4. I mentioned that couldn’t be correct and checked the Starbucks app, where I was able to order a short milk for under $2. When I placed the order, she rolled her eyes at me.
As someone who previously worked at Starbucks for five years, I found her behavior highly unprofessional and not reflective of the company’s values. I can only imagine how many other customers have had similar negative experiences due to this kind of interaction.

I’m not sure I want to keep coming to this location if they allow someone to continue interacting with customers and their orders while sick, or at the very least not masking while sick. If you’re able to visibly and audibly tell the person is ill, then make them stay home until they are well. That is completely unhygienic and disgusting.

I stopped here while traveling to Greenville. I walked from Westin. I recommend ordering on the app rather than ordering at the register. Since I walked and didn’t know how long it would take to get there, I didn’t order ahead of time. I was the only person waiting to order, but I ended up waiting a long time and ultimately placed my order on the app anyway.

The Starbucks is really nice it’s small and quaint. The atmosphere is great and the people behind the counters we’re a great help they were quick very friendly and knowledgeable of the Starbucks products I don’t drink a lot of coffee so they were able to make a few good suggestions that turned out to be really good

Really kind service! I was having a bad day and having an argument with my hoa on the phone and while on hold I ordered a drink. I had to go outside to keep talking, when I came in the lady at the front (sorry I forgot her name I wish I could give her a shoutout for being so sweet ) left me a sweet message on the food I ordered. “Sorry you’re having a bad day- this will pass ” Things like this really change people’s day! Very sweet girl and great reflection on the company! Hope I can catch her name next time she deserves credit.

Horrible wait time. One barrister making coffee during busy hours. Seriously waited 25 min for one coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. Small crowded atmosphere and bottle neck wait line that is not conducive for serving people
