Came in and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and the spinach feta wrap. I chose to sit outside on the patio because it was such a beautiful day. Staff were friendly and service was quick. My food and my drink were also great!

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, and I was honestly shocked by the service I received at the drive-thru on 12/6 around 4 PM. I have never encountered a barista this rude at any Starbucks location. She acted like she absolutely hated her job—and it showed.

Yes, the drive-thru was busy, but it wasn’t an “insane, line-around-the-building” kind of busy. It was a normal Saturday rush. Our order was simple. She asked how we wanted one of the drinks made (which is something I order the same way every single time), and then still made it incorrectly.

When she handed us our drinks, she practically threw them at us and immediately slammed the window shut. I had to get her attention just to ask for straws. I also tried to let her know that one of the drinks was wrong—in both size and type—but she slammed the window again and walked away before I could say a word. We were in a hurry to get somewhere so we just left.

This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks, and it left a terrible impression. I hope management addresses this, because this is not the level of service Starbucks is known for.

Stopped by this Starbucks yesterday and overall had a good visit. Parking was easy, though the entrance layout is a bit of a maze, not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. The drive-thru is designed as a one-way in and out with curbs, so once you’re committed, you’re committed. Not the most comfortable setup, but it seems to be common with newer builds.

The staff at the speaker greeted me quickly and took my order right away, but they did seem a little rushed. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch as a hot latte and ended up with just a regular latte topped with the crunch, when reading my sticker it seems he only typed in the topping for my CRC latte. It was still good and well-made, just not the sweet treat I was hoping for. The line did move fast though, and the team was definitely working hard to keep things moving.

Overall, it was a good experience, friendly, quick service and a solid drink, but I’d love to see just a bit more attention to the details in orders, ir even repeating it to the customer at the window. Slowing down just a touch would make a great experience even better.

Every time I visit this particular Starbucks, I’m disappointed in the service, general attitude, cleanliness, and capability. This Starbucks location can never meet the ‘4 Minute Green Apron Service Guarantee.’ I rarely get a drink made the way I order it. (Ex. ordering hot and getting iced). The staff is unpleasant and impatient — which is unique to my overall Starbucks experience around the world. Recommend the Little River location for a more representative Starbucks experience.

Absolutely, horrible!! It is difficult to get service if you go inside. It is as if the staff completely avoids their customers but if you go through the drive-through, the lady at the drive-thru in the mornings is rude. You can tell that they don’t like their job and don’t like dealing with the public. It is not like this at other locations.

used to love this starbucks and all the baristas! they’re usually super nice and friendly. but for some reason today, my salted caramel cold foam was extra salty. to the point where both my boyfriend and I couldn’t drink it. Instead, I asked the barista if she could remake it without salt so we wouldn’t have the same issue again. she reassured me that she only put one salt in it, and i felt as though i had to argue to get my $10 drink made simply so i could drink it without gagging. very very uncomfortable experience and we will not be back. The woman was also wearing no name tag and did not give me her name to make the report. Just don’t understand why i had to argue and beg for my drink to be remade correctly

Went through drive through to get our drinks. Our barista they had on duty was one of the best Starbucks baristas I had ever met. I wish I had gotten her name. She was absolutely wonderful, very friendly. Always enjoy stopping by Starbucks. Getting a drink to pick me up and get me through the rest of the day. Love That little extra caffeine kick. Really enjoy this time of year too of the fall selection of drinks, only waiting for the Christmas ones to come in now.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your North Myrtle Beach, SC location (549 Highway 17 N, 29582). During my visit, I attempted to purchase a warm butter croissant but was informed that the item was unavailable, even from the back. Subsequently, I requested a cup of water and was informed that complimentary water is not provided unless a purchase is made.

Having frequented Starbucks locations both domestically and internationally, I have not encountered this policy previously. Given the unavailability of my desired item due to apparent inventory management issues, I believe offering a complimentary cup of water would have been a reasonable gesture of customer service.
