I went to this location around 8:00am this morning and ordered an order of cinnamon pull parts and ham n Swiss croissant. My cinnamon pull parts was dried out as if they were heated too long. I called back to the store and the manager told me to come back and she would remake my entire order( which was 2 items). I went back to the store this afternoon and explained the sutuation and what I was there for to the man working drive-thru(Tim), who told me he would remake my cinnamon pull aparts but not my entire order(very rudely). I drove around to the window and Tim continued to cross- examine me about a $10 order. After questioning me and asking to see on my phone the # that I dialed this morning, I told him to keep them and I would just call customer service. Tim then held the bag out of the window and asked, ” So you don’t want them”? I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I pulled up and went inside, he told the employees up front to not give me his name and one of the young ladies replied, I don’t know why he doesn’t want to give his name”. Eventually, I found out what his name was but it shouldn’t have taken all of that. Just rude. I will never give this location any of my business and Tim is suppose to be in management. Smh.

I wanted to give a shout out to this Starbucks. They made a great hot chocolate last night around 740. It wasnt scalding hot but not too cold. Literally the perfect temperature! The staff was very friendly and I appreciated that!

I live around this area so I love that we finally have a Starbucks, but I’ve been there a bunch of times and have noticed the same thing. They don’t fill up the cups like the rest of the Starbucks. I am not the only one noticing this. I’ve had several friends and family that have gone there and noticed the same thing. The Starbucks on 501 and 544 fill it up and you feel it in weight too. All the Starbucks inside the Targets do too. I’m not sure how this is happening at this location since I thought they all have the same measuring tools. Unless the staff is not caring and not measuring correctly. It’s just really annoying and makes me want to drive to 501 or 544 instead!!!

I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit refresher, and what do you know they put grande, they did not care she just looked at me stupid. Then I’m sitting in line for over 10 minutes when it looks like there is plenty of workers there. Yeah no, that’s really disappointing for how much you cost.

I’m a Starbucks Girlie … sometimes what I ask for may not come out like how I ask which is disappointing but I would really like if we had a employee that’s TikTok friendly that see drinks being made online and know how to make it when customers request it … other then that love this place an my drink was still great 10/10

We walked in and it took about 5 minutes before any of the employees even acknowledged that there were customers at the counter ready to order. The lady taking the order was great. The boy making the drinks does not know how to read sticker and make coffee. He messed up our drinks after sitting and waiting for atleast 10 minutes. He handed me my coffee that was ordered at kids temp and it was so hot I had to ask if I can have a sleve for the cup so I can hold it. I asked the boy if he made the drink at kids temp like it was ordered and says on the sticker on the side of the cup and he spat out “we can re make it”. I did not ask for it to be re made to wait another 10 minutes on a cup of coffee that should have been made to order the correct way in the first place.

Im an odd bird, I like hot chocolate, and am not much of a coffee drinker. Sarah helped me pick between a muffin and brownie and was exceptionally kind. After being stuck in traffic because of homecoming it was just what I needed to finish my drive home.
