I have to give a huge shoutout to Geno at Starbucks because he truly made my day! I had just left the gym feeling tired and drained, trying to stick to my diet and get more protein in. Geno was so friendly, upbeat, and clearly knows his coffee. He helped me pick the perfect drink to boost my energy and fit exactly what I needed.
Not only was he amazing, but the whole store had such a cheerful vibe. The place was spotless, and everyone there seemed so positive and welcoming.
I definitely recommend this Starbucks!! Especially if Geno is working!!! He’ll take great care of you and lift your spirits in the process.

Im from Pa and this place was the only coffee shop open at the time I had to get to work (0530) and so when I pulled up, I had no idea what to order because I feel like starbys has fancy stuff and i just wanted a simple coffee. The drivethru guy this morning (didn’t get his name but he said he started there very recently like a couple of months) was incredibly sweet and energized and walked me through my order. We landed on a latte with hazelnut syrup and omg it was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. Very patient and so refreshing. Definitely set the mood for the rest of my day! T

What an operation! I arrived to order right in the middle of the store getting slammed all at once. I watched them use all three Mastrena machines and provided services to both the drive-thru and walk-in and takeout orders. This team really impressed me as probably the best I’ve seen in the entire, yes entire country. And my drink? Perfect.

Customer service was excellent. I was coming at this location for a little minute now. Got my food and hair was all in my food. Sorry but that was very disappointing. I was ready to eat my food. Completely turn all the way off. Please do better. Nice location, but please be careful handling others food.

Went through the drive thru this morning, seemed like they had an attitude for me making an unusual order. I questioned the look of the drink and was met with a scrunched up face, the drink had a new look. At least they allowed me to try the drink before paying. Obviously can’t prove it, but pretty sure I was given decaf, in a tall drink there’s no reason I shouldn’t taste the espresso. Honestly just gonna avoid this store all together. Beware of the attitude if visiting.

Ordered a pickup 15 minutes before I showed up. it showed as ready. i asked the barista about it. and she stated that it “just came in 2 minutes ago if it shows ready that just means we grabbed the ticket” howver I watched orders go from in progress to ready after they got put up front. I was hoping this would be my morning coffee after Dunkin has let me down. But it seems everyone has issues

So I have been coming to this Starbucks for a little while and the staff is wonderful always professional. Food is ok I mean it is premade and is heated up like every where else. The coffee is the star of the show so- I’m good with that and that is with every Starbucks.
My biggest complaint with this particular Starbucks is sometimes the lobby has not been cleaned- tables not wiped down l, and trash sometimes overflows. The BIGGEST complaint is the music is way to LOUD! Like I h e never been to a Starbucks that plays the music like a concert. Even with headphones that are noise cancelling picks up on the music. So if you need to have a meeting this will not work. Even a in-person meeting you feel like you h e to talk extra loud. Otherwise I love the place just turn the music down a tad bit please!

Place sucks, look at the people they hire there and you’ll understand. They need a good manager to tighten up standards.
The staff is all over the place and my order is usually wrong no matter my diligence in making sure the person taking it understands.
Place is a mess but people will ignore it and keep spending money there.

It’s really nice when I can have a genuinely nice day while getting a drink. The staff here is so kind and friendly that I was able to enjoy the little banter between them as I drank. Simply the best teamwork I’ve seen in a while. As soon as things die down everybody gets to cleaning up and the place is back to being spotless.
