I have been coming there each morning this week (it’s a Wednesday writing this) because my dad is in icu across the street. Drinks haven’t been made right; one time they forgot the expresso one time too much. I ordered my drink and just asked that it be made right. The manager Kesha asked me what was wrong told me the ingredients and had ne taste it before I go. I thought that was extremely nice of her because I was not the nicest. She even gave me two gift cards to use in future. Kudos to Kesha for great customer service.

I visit this Starbucks often as I go to school down the street, and I had a first happen to me yesterday. I placed an online order because I had some giftcards logged on my app, and I proceeded to drive from school to Starbucks after placing the order. It’s maybe a 3 minute drive. I pulled into the drive through to pick up my order, where the barista informed me that my order had just come in a few minutes ago. She quite rudely told me to “wait longer” before picking up an online order as they hadn’t started working on it. Their drive through was empty, so it wasn’t like I was holding up a line either. I honestly don’t see the difference in me showing up 3 minutes after placing my online order and pulling up to the drive through and ordering. I have never had this problem before but i’ll just make the trip to the other surrounding coffee shops after this.

I think everyone agrees that finding your drink in this condition is one of the most disappointing things. We asked if they were still making the iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha and got a “yes” as an answer, once we got our drinks we realized they didn’t mix both drinks at all and had barely any lavender cold foam, and my boyfriend was too embarrassed to say anything even if it isn’t the first time this incident happens with the same drink. Straight match powder is such a nasty flavor and it was undrinkable so we ended up throwing more than 15 dollars away. What’s the problem with mixing the drink properly? Every (of the few) sips tasted terrible.

My mom and I come here all the time and we love it but this is a sight I see way too frequently… Strawberry açai is my favorite drink but today I got to enjoy it for only like 30 seconds and there was barely 5 strawberry pieces in the cup the drink was a bit watered down and my drink was 2/3rds ice. Service is inconsistent, our sandwiches are also not always warmed all the way through. Would really like to see an improvement in quality as we spend a lot of money here.

Manager Makenna was extremely rude to a customer. All the customer did was ask about the wait times on drinks as they were taking 40 minutes. McKenna shut her down. Told her everyone was waiting and they were busy. Didn’t apologize at all and told her she was “aggressive” McKenna caused two more customers cancel their order. The workers were goofing off forgetting half the mobile orders and then saying they were “done”. There were about 10 people who had been waiting 30 plus minutes. In the span of my 20 minutes studying here I watched 3 people cancel their orders because of how long it was taking for half of the order to be forgotten about.

If I could give service 10 stars I definitely would. I placed my order like 5 minutes before I pulled up to pick it up (expecting to wait at least 20 minutes inside since it’s morning and everyone one wants coffee) but the man greeted me with such a friendly and positive attitude and help me right away I told him I just just placed it and he said they are potentially working on it and I was shocked a little bit and not even two minutes after that my drink was done and I was in there maybe 5 minutes if that. Truly amazing! Everyone deserves a raise here!!

Very rude very unprofessional very unorganized staff looked completely confused. poured out quite a few incorrect orders. It was such a sad unpleasant sight there @ 12:30ish. Totally hope yall get it together. I’ve been there quite often and today was the worst I’ve ever seen everyone behind the counter. Remember no matter what your job is, approaching the day in confidence kindness and ready for success can help a lot.

This Starbucks locations has probably been the one I have visited the most over my relationship started with them back in 2013. I became a gold member instantly and still am one as of today. I watched so many changes with the franchise. Some good and some bad. Worst con is the reward points expiring along with the high price of adding extras shots and questioning if they really had been added. Best pro is that its coffee and it taste good!
