Drinks aren’t made well or taste good here and customer service is at about 1 unless they like the amount you tip. Officially quitting Starbucks after being a regular 4 days out of the week because this location turned me all the way off and it’s the closest one to my house. Never coming back here again.

Every time i visit this location. i feel discriminated, as if the color of my skin isn’t suppose to visit here. there is one rude girl at the drive through that is always there at the window and she just shoves me my drink(s) not a thank you comes out her mouth or nothing. i even tell her thank you , and not one word comes from her mouth. idk what her problem is or she just targets me for some reason but i won’t be coming back here i’ll drive the extra 2.3 miles just to get the customer service i deserve and to be treated fairly and always given proper respect.

I have ordered a mocha frappuccino, 1 single, extra whip and extra MOCHA drizzle since this location opened.
I am not one to complain about the first time or second time at places when they mess something up. We’re human. Things happen.
Yet every single time I choose this location, over Lemmons Lane for convenience something is wrong with my drink. I ordered a extra whip extra drizzle today. I got neither. Didn’t have a dome lid either as I was looking for it in pick up. Not too long ago they gave caramel drizzle instead of mocha.
If you were to ask me…. go to Lemmons Lane. They always have the best out of the two and it will taste just like the last time you had it…. Floyd Baker? You never know what flavor you’re getting when ordering your usual. Picture is clearly Caramel drizzle…. not mocha like label says.

This is a great new location for Gaffney! The building is beautiful and has a great layout with tons of power and seating. While the staff are friendly, some of my drinks haven’t been correct – hopefully with time, it will get better.
