Usually I would have given a one star, but I’ve been here before and had good service.
My main complaint is that I ordered a drink 5 minutes in advance and waited 35 minutes at the store to get my singular drink when the store wasn’t busy. It took 40 minutes for them to create one singular caramel ribbon crunch when there were maybe 3 customers in the store and 4 cars in the drive through.
I’m seriously disappointed and angry, I don’t mean to be a Karen, but this was extremely infuriating.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were 4 people working, perhaps 5 people in line at the drive through. I went through the drive though and ordered a hot coffee with milk. (Easiest, faster order on the menu) When I got the window, I paid, then I waited 5 minutes while I watched the barista make 4 drinks until they poured my hot coffee with milk. Thank goodness I don’t live near this location or I would have to stop drinking Starbucks.

they messed up my first order of my favorite drink that i wait for all year – the sugar cookie latte and said they forgot to put the sugar cookie syrup in it when i gave it back and said it didn’t taste right. then when they remade it in iced it still tasted like straight coffee, there’s no sugar cookie flavor. i told her it still tastes like straight coffee even after it was remade. so they remade a frappuccino creme based and it had brown stuff all on it when it’s supposed to be white. she said oh i accidentally poured it in the wrong cup. i said i don’t want that… i can’t even have coffee with caffeine. when i FINALLY after the 4th time got the correct one it had no sprinkles on it. this stuff should matter. don’t advertise something if you can’t do it the way it’s supposed to.

I work 12 hour shifts at night at a high stress job and I stop here frequently and everyone is so nice. I especially wanted to give Hunter a shoutout. I had an issue with a coupon and was having a really hard night and the way he handled the situation with such empathy and humanity is something I won’t ever forget. He listened to me, he cared, and he saw me as a human being before ever being a customer. We need more people like him in the world and in customer service. He was amazing. Please tell him thank you for me.

Best Starbucks in Greenville County. The staff is friendly and accommodating the quality of the drinks are food top-notch. You never feel like they want you out even if you come an hour before closing they’re not cleaning things up in your face like they do other places very, very friendly professional staff!
