Me and my daughter each week do a starbucks run. This time we decided to try this location out. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Very friendly staff. I did a online order, and my order was made quickly. Would definitely go back.

when i pay $7.36 for a drink, i expect to get more than 6 sips out of it. i ordered a matcha which was absolutely slam full of ice. plus i was the only car in line and still waited 4 minutes for my drink. usually i would not write a review of this manner but i was so irritated by this experience i felt compelled to. plenty of other great coffee shops in the spartanburg area that are small and locally owned that would benefit from your business more than this greedy company.

I wanted to share my experience from this morning. I waited about 20 minutes for my drink, and when I approached the counter to ask, I was told it was probably the slow cold bar and that my name wasn’t visible. After continuing to wait, I asked for a refund but instead was rushed and handed a melted drink that was made incorrectly.
I understand mornings can be busy, but the experience felt disorganized and dismissive, especially after the wait. I ended up $15 down with a drink I couldn’t enjoy. I’d appreciate a refund or resolution when possible.

I just had the most pleasant experience! I went through the drive thru for a pumpkin dirty chai! I was welcomed with enthusiasm and joy….then was offered a great suggestion! This coffee is delicious! To the barista that took my order, you, the unapologetically authentic fantabulous being with music notes tattooed, thank you, I enjoyed our interaction! Do you wanna be friends?!

I got the SF Caramel protein latte, it’s actually pretty good. The staff there is always quick, friendly and patient. They did accidentally make the wrong latte but fixed it right away with no complaints or attitude.

Customers should get what they pay for whether the person behind the counter thinks it’s too much or not. If I pay for 12 shots of espresso in my coffee I better get all 12 shots whether the person who’s making it feels like that’s excessive or not. I don’t pay money for somebody to not give me what I pay for. Completely dissatisfied no matter how many times I go back and try to give them another chance they do the same thing every time.

2nd time ive came here and I ordered through the drive through always order the same thing and they never put the extra caramel and when I get my drink it even says in on the paper . They can have my order right but they don’t make my order right . When I say something about it oh im sorry .

I was in need of an afternoon pick me up, and I knew that Starbucks would follow through.
I was a bit wary of their food selection due to the fact that it looked like it had been sitting out for some time. I ended up getting a prepackaged fruit and cheese tray. It was very good and all of the fruit tasted very fresh.
I drinks were made quickly and as expected.
We set out on the patio and enjoyed our drinks. It’s right next to a busy highway, so it was a bit noisy, but we didn’t really mind.
All in all this location was great.
