I’ve been to this location before but I usually go to the drive-thru which it’s limited interaction with the employees. Today I went inside and received some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I forgot to ask the young lady’s name but she was so patient and I appreciate her input on which new items I should try for me and my son. I just wanted to take the time to write a good review for the service I received this evening because good employees should be acknowledged.. as well as people tend to leave bad reviews quicker than good ones. So to the cashier I had 5/5:15 pm on 12/12/2025 , thanks for caring and the small talk.

We stopped in on our travels and met Ellen the manager. We’ve been going to Starbucks forever and no one ever told me that if you come in the coffee shop and get one of the ceramic mugs while you’re there working, you can have refills…!!!! I go to different Starbucks around town, and it seems that there is always an issue with certain individuals on different shifts. I come here 1hr before it’s time for the place to close and a person comes up and ask if I placed an order. I say no, they then say that I can’t sit in the cafe without placing an order. Mind you I have a whole Starbucks cup with water in it, because your not allowed to get a cup of water any longer unless you purchase something. This location is very unprofessional, the barista’s have attitudes,and they are rude. They are biast. They can see you at the counter and won’t acknowledge you until they feel like it. The drinks are not made to standard at all. I would not recommend this location.

This Starbucks is open very recently. The inside of the Starbucks looks great and very clean as usual. The service today was very slow there is only a few of us inside waiting for drinks 3 to be exact and it was taken extremely long time because only one person was making the drinks. Sometimes Starbucks do 10 to take a long time but with it being only three people on the inside waiting for drinks and nobody in the Drive-Thru we figure it’ll be a lot faster today and it was not. But the overall customer service was good. The lady at the register was very nice and had all smiles also the lady working the bar was nice and helpful it just took a little longer than I feel like I should have to make our drinks

I will tell you I visited this Starbucks and the manager took my order with me being the first person in line. A female who probably came off her break served approximately 3 or more persons before me. I asked her where might my order be she stated that there are 5 people in front of me REALLY. The manager still hasn’t greeted the customer’s to advise what’s the issue on the service. I’m sure all business have a time period from the order to preparation to the custard is not 15 to 20 minute in wait time. To whom it may concern customer satisfaction here wasn’t performed.

I must have waited in the drive thru line for over 15, 20 min… I asked the server if they were busy inside and she dated a little. I looked inside not one person in line .. the drive thru line is backed up! Never waited so long at any other Starbucks… Ever! If you come to this location I advise you to go inside or choose another location!

Waited 20+ minutes for our in-store mobile order. I ordered a shaken espresso with the cup lined with caramel and there was an inch worth of caramel syrup pooled at the bottom of my venti cup… And the bathrooms were gross and didn’t have toilet paper.
