Ordered a matcha that didn’t have the cold foam that it was supposed to. The lady look confused when I asked for the third drink in my order, seemed genuinely unaware it wasn’t in the order.

Also the sand which looks like it has a bite taken out of it?????

During Thanksgiving busy day of traveling, I stopped by this location and despite the busyness of the restaurant, they still served each cup of frappe with a smile and awesome professionalism. The employees had Great customer service even when they were spending their Thanksgiving morning at work.

I visited this location every morning for my caramel ribbon crunch frappuchino, & everyday the experience with the workers at the drive thru and at the inside counter was very pleasant. Love how they take the extra time to write you a unique message on your cup too ❤️

Scanner didn’t work to scan my points , couldn’t print my receipt, then the barista didn’t put my top on all the way. Went to take a spill of my tea and burnt my hand and thigh.This happened today 3/3/26 whoever was at the window at 6 am this morning! Call them as well because you see they commented to call them for further assistance. This was a joke ! Apparently they can not read because I stated I did not have a receipt nor could they scan my phone . Call them just for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything. This is why people are starting to go to other coffee places . Starbucks is not the only place that sells coffee!

Came to this Starbucks while out of town. The service was incredibly fast. Although I was given the wrong egg bites initially, they quickly & kindly corrected my order for me and explained there was training going on which I completely understand. Again super kind and corrected my order within 3 minutes! Very very pleased with my experience!

The food is always either burnt or stale. the service is sometimes decent, but it’s never been good. they’re all a bit stuck up but i can get past that, IF they could follow simple instructions. i ended up in the emergency room a few weeks ago because they put ALMOND milk instead of OAT milk in my drink. they always put my drink into a plastic cup instead of personal cup like i ask when i order. they cannot follow simple instructions, i likely wont return as i do not want another allergy risk

I did a Mobile order well before we got there we went through the drive thru and were told they were still working on our order, so it took longer than it should have also mine was extremely milky. I ordered an 11 pump Venti Chai with soy lite ice and 2 shots. I go to multiple Starbucks and this was almost the worst! My Husband’s drink was a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino no whipped cream! His drink barely had any Caramel and he said it was Horrible! And he doesn’t generally complain! Order was approx $18.

i was not impressed today. theyre usually a bit snobby but the food and drinks are usually fine so i ignore it but today was horrible. i got a pumpkin spice frappe and a banana walnut and pecan bread. the frappe tasted like bananas and for sure had some milk i didnt ask for/made me sick because it was oat and the bread was hard and stale

I don’t ever write reviews for Starbucks but I felt the urge to this morning….
This location has always been fabulous service & with nailing my drinks down everytime since they opened. This morning Sarah took my order and she was so friendly and she did take the time to inform me that the chocolate malt powder will be discontinued once it’s gone (I will no longer be able to get my favorite drink and I’m sad) but I loved that she did inform me. The line was on the longer end (7:15 am) but they’re so quick and efficient. By the time I ordered and pulled around to pay they were handing me my drink. My drinks are not easy and on the complicated end. Keep up the great work!

Placed a mobile order and waited almost 15 min for it to taste like trash!! I understand busy mornings but don’t rush making drinks and don’t make them right!
Drinks too high for yall to be messing them up! When I say extra caramel drizzle I mean extra not the standard amount. Watered down drink so used too much ice. The worst!
