I ordered my favorite peach green tea and a snowman cookie! The tea refreshing and of course the cookie delicious. The store was clean and atmosphere electric. The cashier was friendly and very helpful with my purchase.

I’m a hot coffee drinker. It’s always made pretty good. Baristas at this location are extremely rude though. They are also pretty rude to minorities. I noticed the team here is mostly all white females from northern/midwest regions of the US – no diversity at all, which is pretty strange for the area. They need some sensitivity and customer service training bad at this location.

So, I walked in, went to the restroom and quickly ordered my drink on the app. Went to the counter to check the pastries (I have learned to not order pastries on the app for availability). It’s amazing that, although the drive-thru was steady but not busy and there were two tables occupied by patrons, neither of the 2 baristas ever looked up while I was looking at the pastries. I gave up and sat down to wait for my drink to be prepared…20 minutes of catching up on emails… I looked up frequently but suddenly the drink was on the counter. No calls… just a drink suddenly on the counter. With no interest now in pastries or even staying in the store to savour my beverage, the order became “takeout.”

This is my most favorite stop of the morning. Ms. Paula is an absolute Gem!! She remembers my name and makes me feel so welcome every day. Ive seen her do it to others too. The drinks are over priced but always good and she makes it worth it even more. Yall are doing great things❤️

Good looking out! She showed me the cup sizes and helped me figure out if they were selling a specific drink. She kindly warned me of what it tastes like and I gladly got my favorite drink instead. The best part is the guy who made my drink made it beautifully! I’m glad the lavender matcha is back for spring but not everyone gives me the pastel lavender perfectly on top of the vibrant matcha (other locations make it pale, it’s barely visible, seeps in and you can’t even taste it)They had samples of a cookies and cream drink I hope to try next time 🙂

Hey everyone, got that green drink a few days ago, and it was absolutely great . I went through drive through. The associate that served us was very nice. Gave her a tip. It’s cool to encourage others in this economy. People just trying to pay their bills like me. I was taught from early childhood that being kind to others will always return to you in some way. And that’s true. I’ve been blessed so many times. Hey, get you one of those green drinks, then find a place to chill, go to a book store, park in a parking lot and let the natural sun shine on you while you sip that green drink…Wow! That’s a Good Day! Jumping Jellybean! I’m going to get one day! Maybe I’ll see you too in line. Be Cool Ciao!

Everyone here is so nice and the coffee is always amazing. This has been my go to Starbucks for years and it never disappoints. The worker named Cash is especially positive and always has a smile on his face. 10/10.
