Horrible experience- visiting from out of town and had to order a protein coffee becayse I ran out of the shakes I drink. I wanted ice on the side so my $11 drink wouldn’t melt on my ubereats delivery. No way to request on app so called store directly multiple times and no one ever picked up once. Asked my driver to request and they refused saying they already made my $11 coffee (yes $11 coffee, again, not including tip). Ummm, try answering the phone or adding an “ice on side” button! BS! I deliver for Uber eats and I wont even pick up Uber deliveries from them. They are rude and act entitled to doing their jobs however and in whatever time they please at the customer and drivers inconvenience. Shoulda known better. NEVER Again. My Uber driver was amazing though! Ty Ryan!!!

Absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. Whether you are in the drive-through or go in to order. Today makes more than once that I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a drip coffee. There was only three other people inside the store. #sloths

They can no make drinks I got a chi latte and they didn’t ask me what size I wanted and once I got to the window I ask what size and they told me with no problem good service but the problem is they only put a little chi and lots of cold foam like they just flip the small inside the big cup and this store never make our drinks right but any other Starbucks be on point in this area

My Barista tonight Tom was prompt and courteous when I explained that my dog had knocked over most of my chestnut praline latte and rushed to help me get a new one! They were close to closing down but made sure i got my favorite latte quickly and made right!

Terrible customer service.
I ordered a coffee and a cheese Danish, and the staff didn’t bother asking for my name. No one called me when my order was ready, and to top it off, I ended up burning my hand because the employee didn’t properly secure the lid on my hot coffee. The coffee spilled all over my pants and hand. I hope the staff has as wonderful a day as I’m having.

I ordered a coffee online and it was ready when I walked in to get it, but I wanted to use the restroom so I asked two different employees for a restroom code and they refuse to give it to me because I didn’t order something at the counter, even though my coffee was literally sitting on the counter.

Still waiting for my drink after 30 minutes, but the Barista had no problem getting a drink for her friend who walked in 20 minutes after us.
This reminds me of why I avoid Starbucks.
