I picked up a honey citrus mint tea, asked if they could make it cold because you know good and well they can put ice in it for you right? Yeah they said they couldn’t and as I was parked I opened the lid so I could let it sit and cool off and somehow the whole hot tea went all over me and was flowing out of the cup I wasn’t moving it around or anything and it flowed out like crazy and burnt me. YALL SUCK !!!

Edit. Lowering my score. I don’t know if it was Starbucks or the land owner but last time I was there they sprayed outside. Had to leave and throw out my drinks. Now it’s a bunch of dead clover and trash. The grass looked dead already. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the bees and butterflies. Not really worth coming anymore. Old: Good drinks and food. Service is good. Can be slow if people in the drive through don’t order ahead. The building is having some problems with the ac. Also the music seems to be too loud. But otherwise one of the better Starbucks I have been to.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and disrespectful service my mother received at the Starbucks in Weaverville on Thursday, July 3rd at around 9:30 AM. My mother, who is Asian, ordered six drinks under the name “Que”, including a Refresher, several standard drinks, and an Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte. Shockingly, instead of receiving the usual lavender latte, the cup was filled with excess water and what appeared to be leftover residue—something I have never encountered anywhere else in the U.S. This was not only careless but felt blatantly disrespectful. It is unacceptable for any customer, regardless of background, to be treated with such disregard. The employees working at that time demonstrated a lack of basic training, professionalism, and courtesy—reflecting poorly on the Starbucks brand. I urge you to review the staff involved and take this complaint seriously, as it raises concerns not only about sloppy service but also potential racial bias.

Staff is incredibly slow. I got stuck in the drive thru for almost half an hour because I couldn’t escape it based on the design. Guess I need a 4×4 to attempt again so I can go over the curbs to get away

Im officially done with Starbucks, it has been hit or miss for years but occasionally I’d get a good latte. Now these new machines they have are garbage, no matter how many shots I get, whether blonde or ristretto, you cant taste it. It taste like milk that’s it. Its already overpriced and now its not even espresso. Support your local coffee shop!!!!

I’ve been into many Starbucks this Starbucks always has friendly service big dinning area, most importantly they always get their drinks right! I’ve been to many one day drinks are good the next day they’re not. Or expresso machine is down or the employees are not happy to see people. I drove 35 minutes out of my way just to go to this particular Starbucks
