I love the smell of coffee so when I walk into a coffee ☕️ shop like Starbucks its heavenly
I had to use the bathroom and to my surprise it was locked with a combination code so I asked the attendant why there were locks on the bathroom doors she said it’s a Starbucks ☕️ corporate standard. It’s been a minute ⏰ sense we walked into a Starbucks as appose to the drive thru so I found it a bit shocking
This turns me off when a company turns people away if they are not patrons of their establishment. We did patronize this store but I’ll have second thoughts about Starbucks coffee. The bathroom was not even that clean the garbage ️ was over flowing the floor needed a sweep nope there are too many other good coffee shops out there that would love my business

UPDATE: I ordered form here again, with specific instructions to put light ice in my drink, the barista explained that the drink called for a lot of ice and that she measured exactly what would be light ice. I don’t care what the ingredient says. This is the only Starbucks that ever puts this much ice into a drink…. And then she made me feel bad about needing to remake it. ….. after the company reached out to me and told me to tell her to remake it.
The staff here is nice enough, their biggest issue is they put way too much ice in every single iced coffee I’ve ever had from them. The picture below is what they would consider light ice.
This was a Venti and you can clearly see that the ice is 2/3 of the way up the glass…. I’m paying for coffee, not ice.

I’m not a regular visitor to Starbucks. I needed a caffeine boost for the day and decided to give it a try. The mocha frappe with expresso seemed to have a lot of ice compared to frappes from other places. Other than that the experience was good.

The environment isn’t awful, the workers were super rude. My 68 year old grandmother and I were waiting for our drinks patiently and these workers were just making drinks and putting them there. They didn’t ask for our names, didn’t do anything. When we asked which ones were ours they were very disrespectful.

Wow, I have never been in a Starbucks before, but my was today just amazing I came in to make my order and this wonderful girl who was so sweet and kind took my order. However I can’t remember her name it started with an R that’s all I can remember but she was super kind and had a full conversation with me and made me feel at home. I really like this Starbucks now and definitely will be coming back because of her. She made my drink so well and to top it off she made my entire day and I will be coming back.
