We all need a cup of overpriced coffee at times. The barastias are courteous and helpful. My main complaint is that flavor can vary each time depending upon their methods. I always enjoy a good mocha frape, just wish that it was consistent.

Dairy makes me really sick. They made my drink wrong (with dairy) and thought “rinsing” the cup would be okay before remaking it. When I told them I could get sick from the residue the lady working became very rude and annoyed. If you have any food sensitivities I would highly recommend going somewhere else . It’s not worth the risk of getting sick.

Manager gave me soy when I told her almond. She heard me say almond, wrote “A” for almond on my cup but gave me soy. If I was allergic this would be a bigger problem. I’ve worked with many people who have said they are told by their managers at starbucks to substitute certain coffees, but never milks. This is a new low. The average coffee consumer may not be able to tell the difference between a medium roast and a dark roast but everyone can tell the difference between milks. I’m furious.

I am sorry the staff didn’t know the menu. I ask for a espresso macchiato and they prepare two time something like a latte. I accept the coffee but it takes like a latte. I couldn’t get my macchiato. So dessapointed. I was there 12/21/20 at 10:35am
