Ordered the Dubai drink got laughed at for ordering it then they didn’t even make it and acted like they forgot when I was the only one there when I got my drink it was just matcha I ask about it and they said the chocolate is in it and laughed when I asked for another one it was a very weird experience so I just walked away bc idk what was funny about it they where like 16 yr old kids and one adult manager who obviously didn’t care

Worst experience ever. I had way too much foam on my drink… It was shaken I expect like a half inch of foam not half the drink. Worst coffee I’ve had. She was extremely rude and defensive. While it’s clean and they are efficient, they aren’t fully trained by the S’Bucks so you can’t be as creative as you can in a full size Bucks. The staff are young, so I attribute that to the casual attitude and complacency. Wish they took the process a little more seriously, as Starbucks customers take their beverages more seriously than DD customers, especially since we spend more on the product.

Coffee concoctions have a good reputation. I don’t drink them, most of them have way too much sugar for my system. The concoctions are Innovative and interesting. Surface is good when I have been there the lines have not been terribly long. The Wi-Fi is sometimes non-functioning. The quality of the dispensed coffee is very good. It’s the only place I have found consistently good coffee beans.

4 girls behind the counter talking and laughing while I waited for almost 5 minutes to be waited on with no one else in line. Always go to this Starbucks and usually service is great. Went tonight and I guess there was no management working. Girls were loud yelling back and forth and acted completely bothered by having to do their job. $10 for 2 drinks at least deserves a thank you. Completely rude and disrespectful!! Not sure after this experience that I will spend any more money at this Starbuck! Sad! We usually go here everyday.

What can I say? If you are willing to pay their high prices you can get any kind of coffee there is, and then some. And it’s good! Of course it is ‘campy’. Some people simply HAVE to be campy, lol. Stop by my place. I don’t have such a glorious selection, but it’s hot and I can also make a mean Cappocino. How can they fail? They have a ‘Captive’ clientele. You walk in and smell that coffee brewing and bingo – you are hooked. Let’s face it, if you are a Starbucks regular, you don’t watch a budget very close. But it’s fun, right? To just get out of the house and sit and read or gab with a friend..or stranger, play on your computer – or just watch people as you sip away. That’s what Starbucks is all about. It fills that primal ‘need’ to ‘belong’. So put it in your budget. It’s good tasting and good for the soul.
