I visited this Starbucks with my mother around 8:00pm on December 23rd. Unfortunately, our experience in the drive-thru was disappointing due to the customer service we received. The employee who took our order came across as dismissive and unengaged. There was no greeting or closing, her responses were very short, and she appeared visibly irritated while helping us. When we asked for honey, she had closed the drive-thru window without any verbal acknowledgment; it was reopened briefly to hand it to us and then closed again without a word. The interaction felt rushed and discourteous.
Additionally, our drinks were given to us without cup stoppers. Because the coffee was extremely hot and the lid wasn’t on securely, my mom ended up scalding her hand, which was quite upsetting coming from someone who works at a cafe where the stoppers are mandatory for that very reason. Overall, the experience didn’t reflect the level of customer service we’ve come to expect, and it left us feeling uncomfortable rather than welcomed. 🙁

Super sweet barista ! Took my order & triple checked it because it’s boujee Never been to this location before & accidently ended up here vs another Starbucks. Glad to have had a great experience even though it was by accident. Would return & definitely recommend!!!

Went there today to get a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and espresso… got handed a drink with a little caramel on top. I hand it back and explain my ticket says it was supposed to be the crunch with extra caramel. They pour regular caramel on top and hand it back to me. At that point I just left. The espresso is burnt and obviously not what I ordered. The drink doesn’t taste of caramel at all either. I will not be back to this location. Waste of money and time.

Stopped in for my favorite egg bites and a pumpkin cream cold brew. I used by mobile app so it was ready when I arrived, and I decided to dine in. They were busy and really moving. Staff was friendly and my order was fast, correct, and yummy.

The order taker in the drive thru today (7:30 am 11/10) was extremely rude. I don’t get to go out very often and treat myself to a coffee and I was excited to order and she was very rude, dismissive, and very annoyed with me ordering. I get you don’t want to work but don’t take it out on the SAHM trying to add a little light to her life.

I would have given it a four to five stars but the bathrooms really need attention. The metal divider saws are all rusty. It just needs a slight remodel. Clean the grout and get new stall dividers that aren’t rusty

A lot of homeless in this location specially hanging in front of the store. I feel bad for these people but paid patrons need to sit down and have their drink and their food went out homeless being in the facility. Note that their water pressure does not work so a lot of the drinks. If you get a hot drink, it’s not gonna be so much hot.

These girls at the Lenoir Rhyne Starbucks are the nicest kindest people in a Starbucks that I have ever met! I just lost my precious dog of 15 years and picked up her remains and somehow remembered that I was out of ground coffee. Since I didn’t feel at all like going to the grocery store, I stopped by and also ordered a drink. I shared my story and they were so kind and expressed their sympathy on my purchases. Things like this help the heart to heal. Thank you girls!

Agreed with other reviewers that the access is a bit wonky- but that’s likely city rules they can’t do anything about. On a trip through the area- placed my order on the app, got off I-40 3-5 mins later and the drink was ready for pickup. I got in and out with no issues but there is, as mentioned, only one in and out so if you get road rage maybe steer clear! My tasty drink kept me rolling another 4 hours or so until I got where I was going- so I was happy.
