I placed a mobile order for pick-up and ordered a grande iced green tea, with 6 pumps of classic syrup. I typically like my tea extremely sweet. We made our way over to the location and picked up inside. Our drinks were made to our liking and they were made quickly. The parking lot is a little interesting since the drive-through eats into some space. So if there are not any spaces right in front of the store, be prepared to park a little further.

Ordered a tomato mozzarella panini. After getting it, found it was not cut, and the tomatoes & mozzarella was only on one-half; the other half was only pesto. Very disappointed. This is the third and LAST sandwich I will ever order – problems with all three orders. Tried calling but the phone has been busy there for over two hours!

My drink was made wrong . They remade with no issues even though the second one wasn’t quite right either. This was my first time at this. The customer service was subpar but will try again in the future to give another chance. The store itself was well decorated + clean.

Whoever the blonde young girl is, that works at this location is extremely rude. She was beyond rude to us when we walked in. The other two dark haired girls were professional. But this girls attitude was disgusting. My mom had to use the restroom and she wouldn’t give us the code till my payment went through, even though I had placed an order and was literally making the motion to insert my card. When we asked her questions she had a sour look on her face and was extremely short. Don’t work here if you are miserable and rude to customers. I don’t understand expectations of tips when you have a bad attitude from the moment someone walks in. Also our drinks were basically milk.

I went through the drive-through with my daughter and grandson. When we drove away, I took a sip and realized it was not what I ordered. We took my grandson to his appt down the street and after went back to tell them this was not what I ordered. I went inside this time and told the girl this was not what I ordered and told her what it should be. She gave me a horrible attitude and told me it was made an hour ago. I explained how we had an appointment and I had to come after. It clearly was still full, and I did not drink it. She still continued to make comments as she made another drink. I said I didn’t understand what the issue was. She said I wasn’t here an hour ago. I said I didn’t say you made it, but it was not what I ordered, and she still continued to argue. I have never been treated rudely or disrespected by anyone from Starbucks before. I couldn’t believe how she was arguing with me about remaking a drink. I will never go back to that Starbucks again. This Starbucks has gone so far downhill. The service is terrible. Slow (30 minute wait times no matter how short or long the line. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order, that I ordered 20 minutes in advance when there was no line in the drive through and 4 people in the lobby) rude staff, and the drinks taste awful, consistently. I waited to post this review because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but time after time the Starbucks location disappoints.

Update: these ladies work so hard and so efficiently! I have never once received an incorrect order. I have never once seen or heard nasty attitudes, words, or facial expressions. No bumping and blundering. Just glorious employees with wonderful attitudes working the machine of teamwork in here. There were 5 baristas rocking through a serious peak time, and I enjoyed watching so much I had to leave a tip just for the show. Ladies: you are awesome!
I like it here. One night I was here until close working on my laptop. They never gave me grief for it or for being there 5-6 hours. Instead, the shift leader brilliantly called out to her crew “we’ve got 15 minutes left!” and a few updates after that. I felt no pressure and it was easy for me to pack up and head out, letting them lock the doors behind me at exactly close. I’ve never had a problem with my orders, but maybe it’s because I know when something doesn’t taste quite right it’s more my mood than the drink itself. The workers are nice. I’m usually greeted but not always; sometimes it’s just a smile. The woman who does drive thru is wonderful at communication. Inside, the workers keep a respectful volume for their chatter, so it’s easy to chill or work. It’s always clean inside, including the bathrooms.
