The staff here is always nice as greets me as I come in and when I leave if I’m just picking up my order. My drinks have always been good as the food I get is always good. Idk why they have so much hate in other reviews

I’ve lived in Hampstead for about a year and a half, right before the SB opened. I thought the slowness and inefficiency at first were related to new staff etc. Honestly, they need new management. It takes FOREVER whether you go through drive-thru or come inside. You truly never know if you are going to get decent service or not. It’s just awful and I don’t frequent it more for that reason. The only reason I still even go to SB is because one of my daughters loves it. You need new management. I even had an experience where the dining area was closed 30 minutes early and we had a mobile order. So we couldn’t get inside to get our drinks. Again, new management.

What is wrong with this place? No one ahead of me, ordered a dark roster drip, Luke warm and weak, staff is beyond lazy, clueless and checked out. Got wrong egg bites, cold weak coffee i could have gone a million places for less $ for, same crummy service, kind of a rip.off. Being from Seattle I am embarrassed for you. This is not Starbucks Brand staff , coffee, food or service. Pathetic!

Would it kill you all to make a basic matcha latte correct? Whisk that matcha powder first, then pop it in the milk to be blasted. Powder that fine takes incorporating correctly into liquids. Damn, I want my tip money back as it didn’t seem to work to entice you to mix it up first.
