Shynaeye checked me out and she was just the most pleasant thing I’d seen all day. She was super nice and efficient. She even suggested a loaf which turned out to be absolutely wonderful. She is awesome. Folks like her are why I’d definitely come back.

Excellent service! They were very busy and I came in with a large group but they greeted us, took our order happily and had it out very quickly! There was a gentleman with dreads, and a gentleman with orangish hair and glasses, as well as a lady with long dark braids and a lady with brunette hair and glasses. They were all fantastic!

Today I order a drink and a brownie throught the drive thru. They gave me the drink and forgot the brownie so I went inside to get the brownie. Now as I walk in there was a white female standing at the counter but then leaves and go stand by the windows looking. (2 to be exact) there was no greeting no how you doing nothing just awful customer service. So I guess one of the girls told this other lady (I guess she was the manager) That I was at the counter. It was all just rude!!

Beautiful customer service and great coffee! Not a fan of the food coming from plastic, premade and sealed wraps tho…. But that’s Starbucks not this location problem

The girl working the drive thru extended me the card-swiper and said “Insert it, tap it or swipe it, whatever makes you feel good”! My wife and I got a good tongue-in-cheek laugh out of that! Not sure if that’s what she was going for but it was great!

I got a Mocha Frappe and it wasn’t very good. The service was great though, and the store and bathroom were clean.

All bathroom stalls were out of toilet paper at 8am. I came to this location specifically for a rest stop so that’s enough to ruin my experience. Then when I gave a heads up to the front workers, they said “okay thanks” and proceeded to stand and continue their conversation so that shed light to the staff urgency here. Coffee was fine.

We wanted to use our perks for a cold brew so looked at the menu and they said they were out of cold brew. Cordial employees but it would be nice to have a sign that says, “out of cold brew”. Want to e mail starbucks but only contact info is to phone which I might do. Other than that, personnel and our alternate coffee was good.

Had to make a pitstop here on our way to Charlotte while my husband did a few things for work on his computer. My toddler had a blueberry scone and then colored and walked around the store. It wasn’t very busy so I figured she was fine to walk around and get some energy out from our car ride. The employees were super friendly and service was quick! We enjoyed our quick pit stop at this Starbucks.
