We have been trying a lot of area Starbucks and this one is not it. Not sure who their manager is, young-ish woman but she’s a know it all and extremely rude. The way she speaks to her staff also needs to be addressed. We won’t be returning to this one. No stars for food because we didn’t order any.

Got the Grande Cinnamon Latte and oatmeal with steamed coconut milk and honey. The barista put the honey in first then the hot milk. Wonderful idea! I added a third shot to the Latte. Great breakfast!

Lazy workers, placed our order almost 15 minutes out, said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. When we got there the workers got mad and said we were “early” and they hadn’t worked on them yet so we’d have to wait. Mind you, this was at 6:00 pm so and there were 2 people in the drive thru but that’s it. While we waited the workers were gossiping and talking trash about a mother and daughter who came in and went to the restroom.

Pre ordered my drink. Not only did they give mine to someone else but once I got mine and drove away. I tasted it and nope tasted wrong. No carmel and used espresso not blonde express. I should have known better than to leave before tasting it. This is the second time they got my drink wrong. Such a new store maybe they need to reevaluate their training. The people are super nice don’t get me wrong.

Be specific in your order. I can’t have whipped cream, no matter what, I ask for NO WHIP. Today was no different however, the mocha I ordered was definitely topped off with whipped cream. Took a sip on my way back to work, had to swallow it as I was driving…. rushed to take my meds and contact customer service. ZERO help. Just be cautious if you have allergies
