Thanks to him, I’ve become a fan of several drinks I hadn’t dared to try before. Every morning, even though I have stores closer to me, I drive to this one because of the kindness and atmosphere I find here. Personally I always go to this starbucks but I recently have gotten my old drink which is a pink drink and they do not measure they just eye ball it. It is not a pink drink at this point it is a white drink with only coconut milk. It is like they took one single droplet of the strawberry açaí.

Asked for lite ice latte, and this is what I get, just scooped out the ice to see how much actual coffee in the cup and its just above half a cup of coffee. Glad I didn’t ask for regular coffee, I would’ve got few drops of coffee covered with ice. I did ask barista if this is lite ice and I was told yes it is. SB should teach their employees how to make coffee or charge less price. This is outrageous.

Thank you, for your patience and how informative you were with placing my order correctly online to ensure my drinks are made to my liking. It’s okay to admit when as a “customer “ make mistakes but instead of making me feel bad for my drink being cold, you gave proper instructions on what to add into my app order. I’ve been to this Starbucks a number of times. Never had any issues with my order. Everything is quick. The coffee is made correctly. Staff is friendly enough.

I came in Christmas Eve for a coffee for me and a few of my friends that were stuck at work. Working on Christmas Eve isn’t an enjoyable time, but a lot of us have pulled shifts of some sort on holidays. I try to be courteous to staff anywhere I’m at, knowing that it is only human to wish they were instead celebrating with everyone else.

When I entered, I was shocked to see what seemed to be the entire staff working. Really weird but I have no real reason to say anything about it without knowing the context. It was still awkward to watch.

The most awkward of all were the two ladies on the booth seat in front of the register. While the staff greets you as you enter, the person taking your order helps that process and the person that hands off your drink might give a node or a “have a good day”, these two just glared around at everyone, including myself. I had just thought them a couple unfriendly and pretentious types until I heard the thin one tell the staff someone was on the way. She then told them to smile and greet them warmly and to do all the things they never usually do.

I am just trying to grab a coffee. I go to other coffee shops and can say that most are pretty similar to others. One thing I’ll say about every other coffee shop I’ve been to in the Charlotte area? They didn’t have what I can only perceive as the GM or high ranking manager talking down to their staff while they all work on a holiday. Certainly not in front of everyone. Purposely humiliating and belittling them. Just off-putting and concerning behavior. Not the actions of a worthwhile leader.

This staff smiles for me. Maybe they don’t smile for you for a good reason?

Longtime lover of Starbucks. Visited this location on Friday 13th, 2023 4:55- 5:45 PM. I was not paid to post this review, don’t know any Starbucks employee personally. This was my first time here & I easily put this location in the top 10% of all of the dozens of Starbucks I’ve visited in across the world based on experience, correctness; cleanliness, ambiance, efficiency, & baristas customer service. All were top notch. The ambiance was very inviting, the whole store was spotless during a very busy 5 ocklock rush hour, outer & tables clearly cleaned & both drive thru/line inside were moving efficiently. It’s easy to tell that the whole team is a well oiled machine & has very proactive top notch management in charge. Bathrooms were very clean & clearly well attended to.

After I ordered my coffee- I saw down & wanted to try something new. Barista Sarah recommended the Pistachio Latte Cold Brew & went out of her way to make it for me personally while in the middle of literally moving boxes of inventory. She went above and beyond. It was DELICIOUS. Barista Ida was so very nice & had such a great attitude. I could hear them both well- even right under the music speakers near the coffee tumbler sale stand. Simply amazing! This Starbucks is an amazing vibe. Highly recommend this location.

Today the drive-thru line at this Starbucks extended into the roundabout and one woman in a black vehicle with a dog blocked the intersection. She refused to move forward even though there was clearly space in front of her; a small forward movement would have allowed traffic to pass. I politely asked her to move and she responded rudely and still refused. #civilresponsibility

Blocking a public intersection like this is not just inconsiderate — it is illegal. North Carolina law requires drivers not to enter an intersection unless there is enough space on the other side to clear the intersection without obstructing traffic. This behavior delayed people trying to reach CVS to pick up medication and created an unnecessary traffic hazard. Starbucks needs to manage its drive-thru queue so customers do not block public roadways.
