Can’t seem to get an order correct even tho it was repeated back to me the way I said it. I asked for a SF cinnamon dolce iced coffee without grande syrup. (With cream. Added ar window). They charged me for a latte not an coffee. I know because my coffee should’ve been like 2 dollars less. I got charged 5 plus dollars for a grande iced coffee and it should been 3.50. I didn’t notice the mistake until I was at work which by that time I was halfway done with it.
Will not be returning if they can’t get their stuff together

Service was amazing. We were attending a wedding and I had to drive 20 minutes to locate the store but the barista was so friendly. I ended up having to go back because the photographer kicked over my coffee and she made it over again for no charge. I really appreciated that!

I went in today to get my usual drink. The woman who took my drink had a very sour attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her for a dragon fruit drink and she rang me up. She told the barista I ordered the pink drink and after I mentioned that’s not the drink I wanted due to me wanting the dragon fruit with coconut and they handed me a strawberry instead. She said I could buy another drink instead. Very unsatisfied. After mentioning that it wasn’t my drink and not what I ordered they said sorry but didn’t offer to make me the proper drink and just started making others instead. Very rude. If you don’t want to work then don’t work but it shouldn’t be taken out on clients. Very unprofessional.

This location must have changed staff, I have visited twice in the past week and they had the drinks the other Starbucks are out of and they were fixed to perfection. I hope this continues. The old post is below.

I will start by saying Starbucks is in my top two coffee shops but this one is a joke I only stopped here because the stand alone Starbucks down the street was closed. I can say this is my first and last visit here. The service was extremely slow they did not write your name on the cups, this would not be an issue but there was around 10 waiting on their drinks and about the same in line and when the drink was ready they would not speak loud enough for anyone to hear what the drink was I was standing about 4 feet from where the drinks were set and I could not make out what she said. Not counting the time I stood in-line it took 20 from when I ordered the drink to when I got it. I know this because I looked at the time on my receipt it was not a guess also, one of the drinks was no good and it took so long by the time I got back to the car with the drinks the hot drink was only warm. A real disappointment and waste of money. Stay with the stand alone stores you will have a better experience.

I waited 10 minutes on a regular coffee. I went back to the counter everyone choose to ignore me so I asked a lady doing drinks for the cashier to come back over so I could ask her what’s the issue. She ignored me. So I then ask for the cashier loud enough everyone could hear. Karen, the manager, was the cashier. I asked her why was she waiting to pour coffee in a cup when it’s not a handcrafted drink since the process is to ring someone up and if they have a regular coffee to pour it into a cup. She got defensive and rude saying theyre busy and she’s doing more than one job. Well as a manager every job is your job. Help your team, when your busy thays an exciting time because you’re making money, the point of you having your job. I asked for her bosses number since me being a customer was so inconvenient she said call the 1800 number. Waiting for Nicole to return my call the district manager. This location is always put of product, behind. They have staff so that’s not the issue. It’s a management issue. The issues are leader lead. I planned to handle this issue in store, Karen didn’t have time for that.

The service was very fast and friendly, however, I ordered a butterscotch latte and could only choke down a sip, was basically like drinking watered down coffee, no flavor, whatsoever. Didn’t have time to go in and get a refund or other drink.This would be the 1st time I’ve ever gone to a Starbucks that my drinks were anything less than amazing.
